Firestone Complete Auto Care review: Took my car for oil change and state inspection

I took my vehicle for state inspection and oil change only I was called and told I needed other services to my vehicle for them they recommended and pass state inspection after I accepted the service which they said they completed. Car was their couple days I got called said they completed all work vehicle ready for pick up after I picked it up I noticed a bad noise was coming out from rear where they serviced the work they recommended I called I was told to return the vehicle and will look into it after I return it vehicle again was their for another 2 day I was told they found the issue and they fixed it I want to pick the vehicle again drove out I noticed they didn’t fix anything noise still they now I was told to take it to my dealer to check it out this is a very bad experience all I wanted just oil change and state inspection but they don’t want to pass it until service done and made more damage instead of fixing it. Very bad I will be taking all actions necessary for them to fix this. Also I was a long time customer not anymore
