I dropped my Traverse off at Firestone due to an error code linked to the Oxygen sensor on bank 1 along the firewall. I advised the manager that I changed the second sensor on bank 1 and the error was still there. I explained this to the manager. Then 3 hours later I got a phone call that the repair was done and vehicle is ready. I came to get it today 10-06-2025 and he advised me that there is a chance I will still see the check engine light. I was not advised of this when they called and said that it is done. The manager said when I picked it up that it is possible that the service engine light may come back on. Then advise me that it will take a code reader to find out what is wrong. What an [censored], he did not tell me this when I was called. I would of wanted to know what is wrong. The light came back on my way home and I called Firestone under case #2928392. I want this [censored] FIRED for not calling me to advise that the light would still come on and would advise a code read to narrow the problem. I want him FIRED. I had no problem with previous manager Pete. Now I have to discontinue going to Firestone because this manager is and lying [censored]. I have been going to Firestone for years and now you have a damn LAZY LIAR for a manager who does not care about customers. Pete always called me and informed me what they found because he cared about customers. NOT THIS TIRED [censored] LIAR FIRE HIM. The invoice number is 161688. Public needs to be advised to go elsewhere until the liar is gone.
Desired outcome: Fire this [censored] so people do not have to deal with a liar.
