I brought my car in on June 10, 2025, at 8:00 AM for services including alignment. Upon returning, the steering wheel was crooked, and the windshield washer fluid was empty. After taking the vehicle back, it was returned with the windshield washer line cut, causing fluid to squirt out the side. Additionally, I am now experiencing power steering leaks on the transmission, an accelerating hum and vibration, a continuously overheating temperature gauge, noisy jerking and shifting in the transmission, an odor coming from the AC vent, and shaking at 60 mph. This level of service is unacceptable, and I request immediate resolution.
Desired outcome: I request reimbursement for the wheel alignment, repair of windshield washer line, repair the power steering line, and any other damages resulting from complained of issues.
