Firestone Complete Auto Care review: Lifetime alignment / oil change

Hello, I am a regular and loyal firestone customer at the same location #018120 Eastern hills 4665 Transit rd. Williamsville, NY 14221 for 30 + years. I have never complained at the location. BUT, on thursday morning 2/9/2023 to make an appt. for my vehicle to have an alignment and oil change. I have the lifetime alignment on the vehicle and had recently done some repairs on my own and it needed to be aligned. I asked for the first available appt. I was told saturday 2/11/2023 at 7:30 am and I agreed to bring it in then but I would need the vehicle back by noon because I had another appt later that day. I then arrived saturday at 7:30 am to drop the vehicle and asked if the tech was there that would be doing the service and said yes he will be down in a couple minutes because I wanted to let him know what work was done and why it needed to be aligned. Several minutes passed and "Clint" came down I spoke to him and rode my bike home and waited. Finally I called at 1:00 and my vehicle had not been touched yet, 1 hour passed when I needed it. I was now out of time and told them not to start it and I would be coming to get it. I have yet to reschedule my alignment. HELP PLEASE looking for district mgr Roman Kurys @ bridgestone
