The invoice I received when paying for my service at Firestone at 6944 W Chandler Blvd. Chandler, AZ 85226-3327 stated that the technician had replaced the front-right headlight bulb, which had burned out. When I discovered that the headlight was still not operational after paying for service, I took my 2016 Jeep Cherokee Overland to another technician at Greulich's Automotive. The technician stated and showed me that the bulb had not been replaced by the Firestone technician, and there was in fact no bulb within the headlight. I was also disappointed that I purchased rear wiper blades at the Chandler Blvd location as well. The technician provided the wiper blades, but they refused to install them despite paying for a product and services at this location. We are deeply disappointed in our customer service experience at this Firestone location and urge Firestone to make this right and provide a refund.
