Firestone Complete Auto Care review: 4 wheel alignment

Took my 2005 Subaru Outback to the Military Rd N. Falls location 2 years ago for alignment after having new suspension front and back put in and 4 brand new tires. 4 wheel alignment is called for on this vehicle. I have had it aligned 3+ times at this shop and NOT once did they tell me they didn't do a 4 wheel alignment or tell me why they didn't do it. I paid for it and didn't get it. Because it was never aligned it destroyed a brand new tire! Managers excuse was that cars settle. Then after the alignment told me I needed a frame shop to align it! And they couldn't get the alignments bolts lose. WTF!? I wasn't told this 3 alignments ago? They couldn't get the bolts lose which tells me they NEVER got them lose the first alignment! So just steal my money and not do what I paid you to do! YOUR COMPANY STOLE MY MONEY!
