I cancelled 2 phone lines on Sept 11, 2025. I have tried to contact Fido many times and the automated system just kicks me out and will not allow a call back. Fido has tried to collect payment for 3 mths adding $75 each MTH as I dispute the charge on my card each time. I need to speak with someone about this and can't. Currently the bill that Fido attempted to put through my Visa is $155. I owe approximately $17. It is completely unacceptable that as a former client, I am unable to speak with someone to sort this out.
Claimed loss: Fido is probably reporting to the credit bureau that I'm am behind on my payments when I am not. I have never been behind on any payment. This is not in any way an acceptable way to conduct business.
Desired outcome: I don't have a problem the money owing which is approximately $25, but not being able to contact anyone is unacceptable.
