Subject: Urgent: Complaint Regarding Failed FedEx Overnight Delivery - Immediate Action Required

Dear FedEx Customer Support,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the overnight delivery service I recently experienced, tracking number [Tracking Number: [protected]], dated 01/02/2024.

I had requested an urgent delivery of a check with a substantial amount, which was crucial for me to deposit in the bank today to avoid charges. To my dismay, when I received a notification from my Blink Doorbell indicating someone was at the door, I rushed to find a DoorTag left behind.

Despite my immediate efforts to contact FedEx at [protected], only four minutes after the delivery attempt, I was met with a disappointing response from your support representative. The representative denied any possibility of rerouting the delivery back to me on the same day and insisted on rescheduling for the next business day.

My dissatisfaction stems from the fact that I have security cameras, including a Doorbell camera and Driveway camera, which clearly show that the delivery person did not wait for a reasonable amount of time. I am equipped to receive alerts and sounds immediately when someone knocks or rings the bell. Unfortunately, this delivery person did not allow me the time to reach the door, which takes at least 2 to 3 minutes from the top floor.

Due to this impatient delivery, I am now facing potential penalties from my bank and risk losing a crucial deal. This not only reflects poorly on the service commitment of FedEx but also has severe financial implications for me.

Considering the urgency and the financial consequences of this incident, I am compelled to inform you that I am contemplating sending a legal notice for the potential chargeback I may incur due to this failed delivery.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter, and I expect a prompt resolution to avoid any further financial repercussions on my end. I appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this urgent matter.
