Basically. I'm happy with how I got my car. Communication with the other party was quick and clear, and the carrier was very pleasant.

It's nice to deal with staff who love their job. The responsible managers answered all my questions in detail and gave an overview of the events. Great work.

I have been looking for a decent transportation company for a long time. Turned on the recommendation of friends to TMshipping and did not regret it. Fair prices and payment terms, excellent service. I quickly found a reliable carrier, and the dispatcher was constantly in touch.

Worst company ever! Do NOT use TM Shipping! They lied about the price, got me stuck then I had to pay $500 more! They have terrible customer service. They blame everything on others. No accountability! They said it would take 3-5 days to find a carrier, it took longer than a week! And they listed my car higher on the board than my listed price I was quoted. I had to find this information out from another company! They are a terrible company!

Beware of this company. I submitted my shipping information to a web site that puts the order out to several companies for quotes. They texted me "Open Carrier shipping cost is $899 ONLY". I turned down several other offers within $50 and signed a contract. Then when arranging details of the move found out that there is an additional charge of $195. When I complained and wanted out, they correctly pointed out that the additional fee was in the contract, which it was (in small print), and later is section 17 of a long contract. The fee to get out was $150 so I had to stay. They did not break the law, and I deserve blame for not reading all the small print, however, this company is deceptive and the move would have cost me $150 less if they had been up front with the pricing so I can compare apples to apples. This company is not consumer friendly.
