We are a State of KS agency and had a package from Staples sent to us but FedEx never delivered it to the correct address. Tracking said it was delivered 7-31-2018 at 9:07 am to Kansas City, MO. and they marked down and told Staples it was delivered to us. It was not. We are in Topeka, KS not Kansas City, MO. When I called customer service at [protected], I got a male rep. who did not speak English well and he told me it was delivered to: 12501 Near Street, Kansas City, MO. 64161. He told me he would send me an email with that address on it so I gave him my email address. He never sent the email and he hung up on me afterwards when I was still talking to him. Totally unprofessional! We still have not located this package.
