FedEx I am complaining about a very bad service

Dear Sir/ Madam,

My name is Mehdi Boostani living in London. I am writing to let you know that I have bought 15 QTY computer boards from a company called Sovio in Taiwan that cost me about $5000 so the sale man confirmed me that the parcel has been shipped by FedEx company and provided me a tracking number as follow: [protected] on 23rd of February.
I have started to track my parcel through FedEx website and step by step it was moving towards London.
I have seen the parcel arrived in the UK on 24th February (next day after it was shipped) with no any information except "transit" next to the arrival point which was Stansted.
I actually was waiting for the further information to inform me what is the next step till next following day and nothing was changed, I continued to wait and every hour checking the parcel by that tracking number.
I finally decided to search on google and find the FedEx in Stansted contact details and tried to call them to ask about the parcel and what is the next action on Thursday (1st of March).
I have actually been told that the parcel is waiting for custom fee to be released..! So then I surprisedly asked about the price and they answered £570 which actually was much more that what I have expected. Then I asked what is going to be happened if the custom fee doesn't get paid? And I was told that the parcel will be returned to the sender, I asked would that be free or you charging for that action? The answer was free of charge the parcel get returned back.
I immediately contacted the sender (Mr. Nikitin) in Taiwan and explained him the story and conferred with him what was in my mind that it could be better if the parcel gets returned (as it is free of charge) and we will find a cheaper solution...
I actually received an email from the sender then after that conversation with him and informed me that we have requested to return the parcel but it's not free...! It will cost exactly the same amount as it was shipped out.
When I have read this email I actually changed my mind and decided to pay the custom fee and receive my parcel, so I called FedEx again and paid the full amount of custom fee £570.83 on Friday (2nd March) so I have been given a date to receive the parcel by following Monday (5th March) up to 6:00pm and passed me the reference number as follow: 97 46 17 32.
I actually asked my wife to take a day off from her job to stay at home and waiting for the parcel, but nobody showed up and nothing happened...!
I actually called FedEx back again at evening after 6:00 to ask for the reason, I have been passed to several people over the phone and the last person replied me that there was some confusion for this parcel as the sender had been requested to return the parcel back... so he confirmed that they are working on it and resolving the problem so definitely it will be delivered to my door by following next day (Tuesday 6th of March) by 6:00 pm again, and he apologised as I was upset about this inconsistency and waisting me and my wife time.
I immediately sent an email to explain all the story and even blamed him for returning request without my permission if it was not free of charge...! But he replied me back after few hours to confirm that this request was 100% cancelled exactly when I paid the custom and he said there is no any problem at all, the parcel still is in the UK and everything is cleared and delivery should be done by any time shortly.

Unfortunately next following day (Tuesday 6th March) same thing happened and after 6:00 pm, I called them back again to ask, what is the reason for all these renege and teasing me...?!
They just replied the same story as before and they actually told me that they don't have any driver at Stansted to pick my parcel up to deliver it to me. I was really annoyed and pissed off, how come this normal thing for FedEx that is shipping thousands of thousands items each single day has been this much complicated to resolve and clear it off...
They FedEx person understood me (as he said) and promised it will be resolved very soon because we have contacted with the custom in Stansted and they must be aware about the situation.

I am so nervous and really sick to say what I saw next following morning (I mean right today (7th of March)...!
The tracking system shows that the parcel is scheduled to return back at Stansted with providing a new tracking number...!
It means I and the sender just spoke (many times) to the rock wall during these past days and they are doing exactly opposite action to what I insisted and spent long time to speak and try to explain all past days.
I am really upset, my time waisted and I am spiritual and physical damaged.
I really want to claim compensation for all my damages and losses and also these untruthfully behaviour from FedEx company and it's staff.

FedEx ground and air deliveries

acct# newton welllesley hospital 2014 washington st newton lower falls, ma.air and ground dliveries are awful and not on time especailly air tues thru friday as using a temp person, this has to end as driver and your manager at needham is not making the 10:30 am. delivery times, packages are being prescanned thus the problem, the manager at Feedex 1st ave location is a total [censor], tried to do this 3 times before, it wid and will not work, will avise partners healthcare corportae to look at this as this is unacceptable also ground is coming in late. n we are a hospital, our delivereies must be delivered earlier and on time! Please giev to a Sales rep locally acct#[protected]. Urgent problem solving by your Fedex staff.needed...!

FedEx nra affiliation

I will stop having packages delivered to my home by FED EX due to the discounted association you have with the NRA. The climate in this country has changed regarding assault weapons, but it appears it has not changed at FED EX. The idea that the NRA has a special 26% discount from FED EX is your way of staying the course in order not to upset the NRA.

FedEx speeding trucks

I live in an equestrian community, La Cresta, Murrieta, CA 92562
Horse trails line the roadways, FEDEX trucks continue to speed thru the neighbor, ignoring the 25 MPH posted limits. On Saturday a speeding truck spooked my horse and I came off, injuring my hip. A friend experienced the same thing a month ago.

This is a unique neighborhood, FedEx delivers a lot here, I see your trucks on my street at least 5 times a day. This reckless, irresponsible driving has to stop.

FedEx fedex delivered my computer to the wrong address

Fedex was supposed to deliver my laptop to 117 n college Street arcadia mo 63621. It was delivered to somewhere in columbia mo. When i contacted fedex they referred me back to wish. I still haven't recieved my computer or my money for the computer. The tracking number is [protected]. I am very upset and I would like my laptop. Fedex is not doing anything about it. I hace called numerous times.

FedEx delivery of medical reagents

Tracking number is [protected]. Called on 1/15/18 at 1430 because we had not received the reagents. Spoke to a fedex clerk who told me that they had not attempted to deliver it because it was an office and it was closed today. I told her we are a hospital, we are open 24/7, and the reagent we are waiting on are crucial to the operation of the hospital. We had expect them this Monday. She assured me that she had spoke to the local office on Howard Lane in Austin Texas and they had schedule them for late delivery. She told me the package should arrive around 1700. It is 1953 and we still don't have the reagents. Called customer service and was told that it was never put on the truck and there is no way they can deliver it today. This is totally unacceptable. poor customer service. Not only did you not deliver this the first time because of an assumption you made but you failed to redeem the lousy service the second time. We are talking about a hospital that needs there supplies. very, very disappointed in you service.

FedEx wayfair

I have a serious issue with your delivery methods. Which Harvard grad at fedex assumes one driver can carry a 150 pound box up to my apartment? That's ridiculous to think you can get away with such a tactic. I sure hope this malpractice gets remedied before I consider purchasing online again. This sentence means nothing, it was just to maximize characters taken.

funny i am a fed ex driver an fed ex truly believes we have some kinda super power it is ridiculos, i had something last week that had stickers on it saying use fork truck well as im sure u already know we dont pack fork trucks with us ..most the time the stickers say team lift an get this i aint got a team ! just me im the team lol oh well im 47 an in best shape of my life only perk to this madness ...

FedEx ground transport

On 10/27/17, I scheduled a pick up at my home/porch for a return item to a company called Southern Marsh. I have an account with fed ex and (at this point I can't remember but I assume I was charged for the pick up). I was not at home when the pick up happened. I received a call the next day from the warehouse person, Jim Coyne, asking if my package had been picked up because they had a new driver who's scanner wasn't working and they didn't know if it had been picked up. In fact, they sent out 2 additional drivers the next day that I did speak to and informed them the package had been picked up. I assumed everything was ok until a while later when Southern Marsh says they never got the package. I called back to Jim Coyne and he says the package was mislabeled and sent to Crate and Barrel and likely will never be recovered. I've been working for 2 months to have this issue resolved. (It's $107). I keep getting the story that since it wasn't labeled, it's like it doesn't exist and no one can prove that I'm not just trying to scam you all for $107...and now since the original return label was probably Southern Marsh --technically they own the account and would have to do something to allow us to get reimbursed. What a joke. Your driver screwed up. The warehouse manager confirmed that and I'm having to try to fix your mistake?

FedEx delivery times tracking number [protected]

I paid for second day delivery, didn't happen. Your tracking website said it would be delivered yesterday and that it was out for delivery. I waited all day for the delivery. I canceled an appointment today to wait for delivery. Still haven't received it. The part has to be programmed and I have that scheduled. I am waiting today again. I will have to make a 50 mile trip one way if it is not delivered today. UPS has delivered packages to the house the last two days. Apparently their second day delivery means something. Your complaint person said you aren't required to meet deliveries. I wish I had recorded that conversation with her so I could use all the social media to let everyone hear that statement. I am very irate at this minute

FedEx package not delivered on time

On December 21, 2017 I shipped a Priority Overnight via Fed Ex. When I tracked the item it was still in Memphis, TN. Funny, the other package shipped at the SAME TIME with specific shipping instructions to be delivered on Tuesday, December 26 was delivered TODAY December 23, 2017! Christmas is totally ruined. My heart is broken beyond fixing. I don't care that someday the package will get there. It doesn't even matter now if it ever gets there. Fed Ex can NEVER undo the emotional pain & suffering this has caused me and will continue to cause me. I will NEVER be able to salvage this Christmas. It is gone. This is the absolute worst Christmas in my entire life.

FedEx bad service package delivered to the wrong address - no one has yet to follow up

December 15th
I was expecting a package to be delivered and it was "apparently grouped in with 139 other packages " and delivered to a completely different address. The rep told me that he would follow up - NOTHING!. Someone called me and basically took my information and did nothing with it- I spoke yet again to a nasty customer service agent the following day - still nothing. I probably will never ever use FED-EX again.

DECEMBER 21, a package was supposed to be delivered- paid for rush delivery- called and spoke to a rep who told me to keep my fingers crossed - it was back out on the truck for delivery today -

FedEx my packages were delivered to the wrong address

I placed an order from chicago to Jonesboro Arkansas. I confirmed in the store my delivery address twice on the screen. I re dived an email saying the package will be delivered December 13 at the end if business day. I got an email saying the packages were delivered at 5:01pm on December 13. I called to make sure the person received the packages. They confirmed the packages hasn't been received yet. I called Fed Ex and they assured me the packages were delivered. I checked the tracking on the package and that's when a rep names Michelle said she will look into it and follow up with me. Now the first mishap not only being sent to the incorrect address BUT I requested a signature WITH identification of the person whose name was on the packages. Strike 2..
Whoever got the packages signed R. Reid and there is not one person in that house with any of those initials, I later found out.

On December 14 at 8:00Am, I get a call from Fed Ex saying they package was sent to the wrong address. I immediately questioned how was that possible when I verified the address in the Chicago location twice with the rep. They said they will look into it and contact the driver. I then received an email/text stating that the address it was sent to was the incorrect address and there was a mixed up. Reassured they will contact the driver and get some results.
At 1pm on this same day, 5 hours later, I phoned the fed ex store again in Jonesboro. I spoke with Kristy. She told me that Michelle was handling my account and that she was gone for the day. I asked why didn't anyone give me a call to let me know what was being done. Kristy told me that Michelle was handling my account and that they come in early and leave early, which was irrelevant regarding my mis delivered package. I asked her if she can look into my packages she assured me that the driver will go back to the location once he finishes his rounds and retrieve my packages. Now we are almost at 24 hours and ppl these days are manipulators. I questioned her gesture as to when will that be? She says she don't know. I asked her what was the delivery guy name and she said Henry but he's not the one that delivered the packages on yesterday.
She was very unprofessional and rude to a customer that their driver deliver the packages to the wrong address. I asked her who her manager was and she replied Walter. I asked to speak to him. Kristy said he was on lunch and she didn't know what time or even if he was coming back today. Now that really through me. Kristy had EVER excuse to give me except where my packages were
Needless to say the FEdEx driver NEVER showed up. I got the police involved to go to the address after 20 hours of mis delivered packages. Of course the police didn't find the packages. I called back to phone Walter Morris the said manager and he also was very rude and showed no empathy. His words were if the police couldn't get the packages we can't either. Now I am livid. How can someone that is at fault be defensive and unconcerned when it's my money at stake?
I purchased this television and firestick for my sons 18th birthday and now he don't have it as his gift. I'm livid. I went back to the Fedex store in Chicago and the same young man that helped me Mitchum confirmed the addresss that I put on my packages were correct.

I need my packages and/or my money back. This was an irresponsible task performed on FedEx behalf and this is dangerous act. Now my personal information is somewhere floating around all because of a careless mistake. FedEx pays their employees to well to have a mishap this tragic happen.

I need answers and I am looking to take this further even to the media. It very unacceptable.

FedEx delivery service from terre haute ind. station

I was contacted on several occasions that there is a consignment at the Terre Haute, Indians Station this addressed to me in McPherson, Kansas.
The agent, has told me that the consignment was abandoned at his station some time ago. I was never given any tracking number or any information as to the consignment.

I was asked to send $200 for him to personally deliver this consignment to me
I sent money, no consignment, but a request for another $200.
the issue is still on going, and he is still requesting that I send $200.
The station agents name is Jeffery Pair. I was informed my him, that he was the station manager.

if there is a consignment there, I would like information and to have it delivered to me, As this has been in the process for some time.

FedEx terrible service

This is not an isolated incident, just the most recent. The halogen garage light assembly I ordered for one of my sons for Christmas was delivered to my neighbor, even though my address was clearly marked on the box and on my house. My neighbor's home is about a quarter mile from mine. The neighbor stopped by this morning to tell me that my package was at their home. They are elderly and the package is too heavy for them to bring to me, so even though it is 19 degrees outside and snowing, I will bundle my special needs child up and drag him out into the cold to get the package that my neighbor says is beat to pieces and the product exposed (which means it will be full of snow). I have lived here for four years and have no problems getting UPS packages. I guess FedEx employs drivers of lesser intellect (dumb), lesser ambition (lazy), or both. On a happy note, I called the company from whom I ordered the light assembly and they gave me a credit of 30.00 which will get charged back to FedEx.

FedEx product not delivered to address left 2.5 miles away cannot be found

Please read the chat I had with Caren S case number [protected] chat#[protected]. This product was supposed to be delivered to my house not 2.5 miles away when I went searching for it the night of the delivery I could not find it. Yesterday I was leaving our ranch and Caren called me and said the driver left the package by our front gate by a concrete block I was just driving out so I checked again and told her that it was not there. I asked Caren what we needed to do now. She said I needed to contact the shipper and have them file a claim with Fedex. I called Battenfeld Technologies this morning they checked their information that I gave them when I ordered the product. They said this is a FedEx problem and Fedex needs to reimburse me. They also stated that this is an on going problem with FedEx not delivering the product to the correct place, which I know is true because it happens quite often with FedEx deliveries to me. I received another FedEx delivery yesterday and it was brought to the house like it should be. Since I live in a very seclude area I am starting to think the FedEx driver either kept the product or left it somewhere else because they were to lazy to drive down to the house and deliver it. Another words he should do job he is paid to do. As I stated earlier the product shipped from Bettenfeld Technologies my order #28692 tracking #[protected] I paid $68.99 for it on sale the cheapest I can find it on line now is $70.00 plus freight. Please reimburse for this product so I can reorder it. Thank You

FedEx delivery of a futon full size 8" mattress from wayfair. ca

I spent the day at home. Around 4 p.m. I stepped out of my front door (single family home) to take mail out of my attached mailbox, and saw at the end of my walkway a package leaning against the corner of my front-attached garage. It was a large, heavy futon mattress in a package about 6 feet long and very heavy. I was alone at home, and because of thefts of mail and packages in my city being on an increase, I knew I could not leave the box outside unattended. I grabbed it by the end and started pulling it towards my front door, walking backwards. It was very difficult and awkward to handle. Near the front door I stumbled against the one step leading to the front door and fell backwards. I hit my head on the door, and my hip, outer thigh shoulder and arm on the left side on the concrete step. I am now sure and bruised and having muscle spasms in my mid/upper back. I am very angry that the delivery person did not bring the package all the way to the door which is about 30 feet away from the garage corner where he left it leaning. I believe he didn't bother ringing the doorbell because if he had and I opened the door, he'd feel forced to bring the heavy package all the way in. Needless to say, I am very upset. This shoddy kind of service should not be tolerated. This delivery was completed today, December 6, 2018 to Edmonton, Alberta Canada during the hours of 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Wayfair.ca Order Number

FedEx bmr kit, part number rb973-410

I orderd above part for my 2005 Chevrolet Trailblazer, it is for the blower fan in the front of the vehicle. The box was just delivered via FedEx and was ripped open on side and part was damaged inside as well as another part missing. Not very happy with this as I felt that we were going to get the parts needed to fix the fan inn our vehicle. I would like to return and have my account refunded for this messed up part. Would you please mail a sticker so that I can attach to the box that this part came in. My address is 35960 Bay Drive, Rehoboth Beach DE 19971, name Gaynell Harding. I do have the picking slip that was inside the box. My e-mail is gaynell.harding @ yahoo.com. Thank you very much. Very disappointed

Iam 75 year old veteran living n Fort Lauderdale, Fl. I was sent a fedex package from Chicago area. The driver came and
I went downstairs 6 flights .by the time .I got there he was gone..
I called the 800# and told them the story The were very arrogant could care less.they gave me the address to go to FedEx store to pick up my important
Package today..
I went there and was given more B.S. I gave to wait till the driver drops off
The package, could be 24 to 48 hours.. I called the corporate office got more B.S. FEDEX SUCKS...NEVER Use them..still no package..

FedEx delivery to the wrong address

This is the second year for this same issue. Your driver leaves the package at the wrong address. This has happened twice in less than a week. We had the same problem last year and filed a complaint. Both houses have the address clearly displayed. Please tell your driver to read the address on the package and the address on the house before just dumping the package off and leaving. This makes me believe FedEx don't care about their customers. UPS can find our house every time. Never a problem.
