Fashion Nova customer service

I ordered $100 worth of clothes on the 16th of October. When I found out that they are experiencing delays due to the warehouse switch I cancelled it the same day. I was able to get through to someone and they said it was cancelled successfully. I started to get worried when I didn't receive a confirmation email for my cancellation. Now nearly a month later, I still have NOT received my refund and I have reached out dozens of times and the phone lines are off, my emails are getting ignored and they are leaving my Facebook messages on READ. They are deliberately ignoring me. This is disgusting costumer service and I am ashamed that I've ever spent a dime to this pathetic excuse of a company. I have contacted my lawyer and have filed a formal complaint with the BBB. they're ‘24/7' customer service is a joke. This company is a joke. And I will never ever give fashionnova my business again. They are THEIVES.

STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND. I have an email confirmation that my ordered were cancelled but the woman on FB messaged said they can’t be cancelled bc they are already on their way. I asked to speak to a manager and she REFUSED she said I am not to speak to anyone else but her. WHO DOES SHE THINK SHE IS? THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE AND MY LAYWER IS TAKING OVER.

Fashion Nova never received my order and no customer service

I made a order almost 4 weeks ago and never received it. I have emailed 3 times and only received a automated response. Their customer service phone line has no real people on it and only plays waiting music. This website is a scam and clearly they are stealing money from many people since I see the same complaint from others. Their clothes are also cheap and most of the time see through and do not last through washes. Lesson learned to invest my money on quality over cheap fraud websites like this. Fashion nova, give your customers their money back and make customer service a priority with REAL people.

Fashion Nova order#[protected]

Am really disappointed and frustrated from the way you handled my order and the way you neglected your customer satisfaction! You're completely away from any kind of professionalism.
I made an order on October, 9 and due to unacceptable delays from your side I canceled it and asked for a refund and since that I didn't hear from you ! I kept sending messages on your social accounts and sent several emails and got nothing but lies ! Nothing has been refunded, no one even apologize or explain to me what's that ! So apparently you scamming people at USA ! I already filed a dispute against you and I'll keep warning people from dealing or buying from your site just to make sure that never happen with anyone else and am gonna send an Email to the CEO .

Fashion Nova return processing/receiving credit back/refund

I purchased an item from Fashion Nova that was too small I returned it 2 dats after receiving and sent it back with tracking it was received the next day. I waited over a week to allow for processing as their policy states within 5-7 days of receuthe return. In day 10 nothing so I emailed and received a response my retread not on record or processed but to allow for 5-7 days ummm it was 10 days here we are 21 days later still nothing not to mention I've sent a total of 3 emails included the order number and tracking only to get another response stating 5-7 days. This is unacceptable and very poor customer service I already repurchased the same item in the correct size and wanted the credit to use for that purpose now I'm stuck having to purchase another item as I don't want to deal with Fashion Nova ever again but can't purchase cause they won't give me my credit.

Fashion Nova incomplete order

I ordered over $200 worth of clothes and didn't even receive all of my items...no one is picking up the phone when I call their customer service number. This isn't even the first time this has happened. I ordered a $34dress from them last year and I never received it. They did give me a $30 store credit but I wanted a FULL refund. This is the last time I will deal with this. Never again will I order from them!

Fashion Nova horrible customer service-missing credit

I ordered 3 items 1 crop top and 2 pairs of jeans. I paid for shipping $6.99. Returned both jeans that did not fit via mail. Almost $17 to return the items from NYC. Insane! Finally I get an email stating that my E-card (credit, not refunds. Which sucks) is available. I was credited for one pair of Jeans and the crop top that was not included in the return. I've sent them about 3 emails. NO response! I'm owed $25.00. Never again! 1st and last time ordering from them. I get better service from companies located in the UK. LOW or FREE shipping

Fashion Nova “new state of the art distribution center”

I recently made 2 orders from fashion nova (October 19th, 18 days ago today) that we're over 100 dollars. Got "free 2 day shipping" and then about 3 days later got an email stating that there might be a 7-10 day delay on my order due to their "switch to a new state of the art distribution center" and that I could choose to to cancel my order, or it would be canceled automatically if 10 days since the original purchase date had passed. I waited 10 days because I wasn't in a particular hurry to get my clothes and I wanted to see if they would ship anytime soon and I wouldn't have to cancel my order. Fast forward a few emails and weeks forward, and my order was NOT "automatically cancelled" as they told me. I chose to wait 2 more days to see if any kind of cancelation would be processed and it was not. So I emailed them and went ahead with the cancellation process of both orders and received an email saying that my "request for cancellation" was being processed. That was 2 days ago, which brings us to today when I recieved an email that says "congratulations, your order has shipped!" WOW. YIPPEE. I tell you I want my money back and miraculously my order has shipped! I've had friends with experiences like this where they ship it late and only half of their items arrive so I dont expect my full order IF it actually is shipping like they say. And their returns are as expensive as their items so I will be spreading the word that fashion nova is NOT worth your time unless you're Kylie Jenner, or a famous YouTuber who does fashion hauls. Those are the only people they're interested in keeping happy and you don't mean anything to them.

Update: I received one of the 2 orders today and only 8 of the 10 items I ordered are in here. This is whole nother level pissed 😂 still no refund for my other order and it’s been a week now since I cancelled both.

Fashion Nova did not receive items and terrible customer service!!!

I ordered my clothes on 10/18 and I still haven't gotten them and it's NOVEMBER. I was eligible for 2 day free shipping because my order was over $100. This is absolutely unacceptable. Terrible company and I don't believe for a second that they're "switching distributers". I should not have to wait almost 4 weeks for a 2 day package to arrive.

Oh and also, don't buy from them because their return policy is the worst, they only give you store credit and make YOU pay for return shipping. Ridiculous. On my last order I had to pay $25 to ship it back.

FashionNova is a huge scam!

Same thing happened to me! Got 2-day shipping and it’s been 3 weeks now. I canceled my order about a week ago and got another generic email saying that my “request for cancellation” was being processed and then just now got an email saying my order shipped. I just want my money back. Never buying from them again.

Fashion Nova cancelled

So I was going on vacation, I needed cheap clothes fast, i made 2 orders to fashion nova one for over $70 and the next over $300. I guess something was happening to their distribution center as so the emails I got said. But anyways I could wait any longer so I cancelled both orders being that they weren't even shipped out or anything, I cancelled through the linked they sent me and also I sent and email to there customer service persons to confirm my cancellations. They told me as long as the order isn't shipped out I would receive my full refund. So I was happy to hear that, even in the email they sent me that even if my order wasn't ship in 7-10 days my order would automatically be cancelled and refunded. Now it's 22 days later I'm on vacation and I get an email stating one of my order was shipped. I'm livid, and frustrated cause these ppl is [censored]ed up.

Fashion Nova service

I haven't received my 2 orders.

I keep getting a generic response that it's due to the warehouse move.

I don't buy it. I bought my daughter clothes as well twice in the last month at the same time.

She received both orders with no problems and we live in the same household. And the payment of method were all made by myself

How is that? I'm not interested in a refund or credit I want a human to look up my order. And contact the distributors and provide more concrete information

Fashion Nova fashion nova

Placed my order on 10/24/18 had two day shipping and still haven't received my items . fashion nova does not have a working number where you can speak to someone right away about your order . I have been calling every week and can't get anyone in the phone only voice mail .. I've sent several emails as well and I receive a automated response saying the same thing about someone contacting me within 48 to 72 hours and still haven't spoken to anyone !

Fashion Nova I ordered 200 dollars worth of clothes

Placed 2 orders 1 on 10/19 and one on 10/26 have not received any items order # [protected] and # [protected]! Going to call better business bureau and find out if a class action lawsuit can be filed. I have emailed the company on several occasions to just get an automated email response! No one can tell me when my merchandise is coming ! Please help me!

It states on your order that processing time could take 7-10 business days. It hasn't been that long for the October 26th order and only just past that on the 19th. That's PROCESSING TIME not from time of order to delivery. Patience.

Fashion Nova order

I made an order on Sunday Oct 21 and paid for 2 day shipping. It should have arrived no later than Wednesday October 24 because I paid for the expedited shipping. It was not until Thursday they began saying they were switching distribution centers. This should have been made known when i ordered. At this point I filed a claim with my bank. On oct 26 @ 11:46 am est I had the option to cancel the order in which i did. 72 hr later I received an email stating my request was submitted on October 29. I have not heard anything. This order needs to be cancelled and my money refunded. I DO NOT want products or affiliations with this company. This is unacceptable and I'm disappointed.

Ordered $360 worth of clothing on Oct 18. It’s November 6 and I was to get 2 day shipping. Got a few generic emails about a state of the art distribution center movement in process and order would be delayed 7-10 days. It’s been 19 days and order sits unfulfilled. However they took my money on the day I placed the order. I’ve gone through my bank to received my refund. In the last 2 months I’ve purchased $1400 worth of merchandise from Fashion Nova and patiently waited the average 11 days on what they call 2 day shipping, you would think that they would care, but they obviously don’t. Don’t waste you hard earned money. Clothing is very acceptable with Fashion Nova, but not if you don’t receive it. I’ve gone back to Macy’s kohl’s Victoria Secrets and of course old faithful Amazon. Ordered, ask for premium shipping and my items appear within 2-3 days. That’s what I deserve. To get what I ask for with my hard earned money. I’d shop else where if I were you reading this. Disappointed yes cause I’ve enjoyed the clothing. Sad day for Fashion Nova. I could care less, there’s other companies that are willing to take my money in exchange for things I’ve earned to have.

Fashion Nova issue with order

I ordered a dress and mistakenly got the wrong size. I went back and ordered the same dress in the correct size and sent back the other. I placed my second order October 10th and it still says it's unfulfilled even though today is November 2nd. I also did not receive anything saying that they have received the dress that I sent back. I wont be ordering from them again. This has never been an issue with other companies.

Fashion Nova [censored] company

They clearly only care about celebrities and their ugly botched IG model promoters. I spent almost $200 on October 18th and they still never sent it up to today. I received several computer-generated emails but never a real human representative. You can't reach anyone on the phone and I'm seriously about to take legal actions against them. I ordered with 2-Day Shipping and live in the same fcken state, so tell me why tf it's taking a whole moth to be processed. Please save your hard earned coins and never buy from them. They scam and they use the same Chinese vendor as Rainbow. Can you believe that? Same clothes can be bought from a Rainbow down the block for much less and better yet you get it the same day lol. They don't respect customers of color when we are the main ones supporting their horrible business. I don't know a single "Becky" buying from them and I'll leave it at that! DO NOT BUY CRAP FROM THEM THIS BUSINESS AND THEY WILL TANK LIKE NO OTHER!

Fashion Nova customer service is a scam

12 days ago I placed two orders both with express shipping because the first order was a Halloween costume and I needed all the orders by the 29th anyway.

Friday morning, October 23rd - 5 days after purchase, I received two emails. Both stated that my items were delayed and that I could cancel here. I canceled.

I then reached out to FN support to confirm cancellation and received email confirmation on October 29 from Kevin C. (I would write his last name but it's not fair that an entry level rep gets called out by full name when it's really just Fashion Nova being a [censored] show of a company).

On October 31st I receive multiple back to back emails that my order has been shipped and then that it has arrived. I reached out to confirm that Kevin canceled both orders - Kevin said he did (email correspondence proof available). I arrive home and see one of two orders. The order containing the Halloween costume, that is clearly no longer needed since this is the night of Halloween, has arrived.

After talking with my bank, who is opening a dispute for both charges on behalf of me, I spent the $23.04 to ship the first package of clothes back. I'm pretty sure Fashion Nova is going to say they "lost it" or that it "never arrived." I don't have any faith in them and I've had a terrible experience with their return policy in the past.

I was a loyal return customer for two years, over $1, 500 spent and then I ordered this dress from FN. It had 200+ reviews and I was very excited about it. It arrived in a timely fashion, but it wasn't the dress. It was plain instead of flower print. It was cut short instead cut mid. It wasn't even close to the picture they put online. I provided a picture to support (a rep named Ardin) and all support said was go spend your money to send back an item that we messed up.

I was hurt by it because I didn't realize how [censored]ty this company would treat its consumers.

Even though I've spoken with Kevin every single day, via email, he still cannot confirm that the second order I canceled, 7 DAYS AGO, will not still be sent to me. To make matters worse, Kevin told me to "refuse the delivery" if it comes. A) I have a job and am never home to refuse deliveries. B) ON THEIR WEBSITE THEY SAY IF YOU REFUSE THE DELIVERY YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RESTOCKING FEES.

Fashion Nova is a joke of a company.

Fashion Nova item not shipped, bad customer service

I ordered three items on October 16th, 2018 and received a confirmation and order number. It is now October 31st and the order is still unfulfilled. I've messaged 5 times already and gotten the same copy and paste response. I've requested cancellation and a refund 5 times already too and there has been NO response. The customer service is atrocious, I was so happy when i found fashionnova but this has completely turned me off, I will not order from them again. Ever!

I will be taking legal action against this company if I am not refunded my money.

Fashion Nova customer service

I ordered a halloween costume 13 days ago for a party that i was going to 4 days ago. I paid extra for 2 day shipping so i can get it on time and i STILL never gotten it. Worst part about it is the customer service. They wouldn't cancel or ship my order. I paid $50 and still had nothing except copy/paste messages from their email support. NEVER AGAIN will i order from fashion nova ... I finally got a link to cancel my order on the 24th/25th and i did it multiple times to ensure they received it. Instead, they shipped my order on the 26th with an overnight priority. Why couldn't they do that before? Lol now i don't need the costume. Just wanted my money back.. So i read the return policy. They ONLY give store credit LOL. So that means they tried to play me. Knowing i wanted my money back they STILL shipped it so i couldn't get my money back. Only a store credit. BUT I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM, EVEN IF IT WAS FREE! they're trash

Customer service SUCKS [censored]! please do yourself a favor and don't order from this company. There clothes are way too small and everything you need as customer services, money back or even talk to someone live is impossible and a waste of time. I will never order anything from here again. Fashion Nova order and customer service

I placed two orders one on 10/15 and one on 10/16. It is now 10/30 without any information regarding the delay in the order when typically shipment is three business days. Additionally the customer support number is completely useless. There is only an automated message and no live person to provide support. I am just trying to confirm the estimated time of shipment and if the shipment is still the same as their products sell out quickly.

All they can offer is a 30% discount for this inconvenience but that is always provided. All that is needed at this time is an update and confirmation that the order is still going through. As a customer we also need a way to contact customer support.
