Fashion Nova review: Never received my order

I am just so annoyed at myself for letting this happen! I most definitely should have researched this company before ordering from them and after reading all of the complaints on this site afterwards and then realizing that the same thing is happening to me I am so pissed tf off!

I placed a order with them for 5 masks over a week ago and it's still not here. I have tried to call them but no one ever answers their phone. I have tried to contact the delivery company lasership and the same thing happens... I'm put on hold with both companies indefinitely and that is totally unacceptable! As well as both companies have sent emails saying that my delivery is still
On its way and that it should be delivered by august 4 which was yesterday yet its still isnt here and no one came today either ? so at this point I need to report them and make every attempt to get my money back
