I was really excited to try out Kooding.com, but boy was I let down. I spent over $300 on dresses and tops, hoping to find some unique pieces that weren't made in China. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. When my order arrived, I was disappointed to find that there wasn't even a brand name on any of the items. And to make matters worse, there were no washing instructions or care labels to be found. The only label I could find was a small one that simply said "Made in China."

So, I recently bought a mask from Kooding and let me tell you, it was a complete waste of money. They claim that their masks protect you from the coronavirus, but in reality, it's just a piece of cloth that doesn't even allow you to breathe properly. The air is pulled in from around the sides, which means that you're basically breathing in whatever is in the air around you. It's like wearing a mask that doesn't even work.

They basically said that breathing around the side is normal in cotton masks and that it does protect you from the virus. But how can that be true when you're not even breathing through the mask itself? It's just a scam.

I was a bit unsure about buying clothes from a company overseas, but I really wanted to get my hands on some super cute clothes from Kooding. I read a lot of reviews before making my purchase, and I saw both good and bad ones. But I decided to take a chance and order from them anyway. And boy, am I glad I did!

I placed my order on July 18th, and on July 29th I received a notification that my order had shipped. On August 5th, I received my products. I had ordered seven blouses, but unfortunately, three of them were out of stock. Kooding let me know about this before shipping and gave me the option of getting a refund or store credit for the out-of-stock items. If I chose a refund, it could take up to a month to get my money back, depending on my credit card company. But if I went with store credit, I would get an extra 2%. I decided to go with store credit, and Kooding emailed me my gift card within 24 hours.

I absolutely love all of the tops I received! They look exactly like they did in the pictures, and some of them even look better in person. The quality is really good for the price, and they don't look cheap at all. Three out of the four blouses I received were made in Korea, and only one was made in China. They are all one size only, and they fit me really well. I usually wear between XS and S in US sizes, so if you wear size M or larger, these blouses might not fit you. They are true to Korean size.

Overall, I highly recommend Kooding if you're into Korean style clothes. The experience was above my expectations, and I'm really happy with my purchase.

I recently had a terrible experience with Kooding. I ordered two items on April 15th and paid extra for expedited shipping, as I needed the items to arrive by April 21st. Unfortunately, I realized after making the purchase that Kooding takes days to even ship the items. So, I submitted a cancellation request before the shipping. However, I received no response from them whatsoever. Instead, I received a message that my items had shipped two days later. I was very disappointed and frustrated with their lack of response.

After sending them another message about this via their contact form, email, and social media, I finally got a response from them. However, they refused to give me a full refund, including shipping, and insisted that I pay the $9.99 return fee. I messaged them twice regarding escalating the issue, but they refused to respond after several messages.

It had been more than two weeks since I had placed the order, and I had yet to receive it. So, I opened a dispute with AfterPay as Kooding could not be trusted to respond to open customer inquiries. They doubled down and tried to claim that I refused delivery, which I did not. I even reached out to DHL to confirm such, but Kooding still refused to respond to me. AfterPay helped mediate the dispute, and Kooding tried to resolve the matter by refunding all but $31.99 of my transaction for shipping costs and return fee. They seriously tried to charge me $31.99 for an order I NEVER RECEIVED. After many messages and escalation, it wasn't until I said I planned to sue in small claims that AfterPay (not Kooding) agreed to give me back my $31.99. Throughout all of this, Kooding refused to respond to my emails and only corresponded with AfterPay.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I would strongly advise against doing business with them unless you plan on being ripped off and continually ignored. There is some seriously shameful incompetence here and a sincere lack of care for their customers. When my package didn't arrive, I should have been met with an immediate refund and customer care coming to a proper resolution, not with blame. I shouldn't have had to fight tooth and nail for something where I so clearly needed assistance and was deserving of a refund.

It looks like they have a tendency to reply to reviews on here, so let me preempt that by refuting some things they said to AfterPay: I did not make false claims in my dispute against them, nor did I ever refuse delivery of any package (and I have the chat transcripts with DHL attesting to such). Yes, I was upset at first about my order not arriving when I expected it by and did try to cancel it initially, but the order simply NEVER arrived, and they tried to use my initial cancel request as a smokescreen for them simply never delivering my order. Don't let these people fool you; they don't care about you or your happiness as a customer. They literally only care about your money and will fight you tooth and nail for every single penny if they find any opportunity.

In conclusion, do not give these fools any of your business. There are much better websites out there that offer similar products. You can also usually buy directly from the brand without Kooding's markup.
