my order
I placed an order Saturday. The website gave me an confirmation number but no confirmation email. It also shows that money has been taking from my account for that purchase. I have emailed several times and keep getting an automatic message. I would like to speak to someone to see if my order has been processed or how can I get my money. I have called the 800 number several times and I haven't reached anyone. I also sent several emails but I have not talked to one human being .
customer service and website
I just want to start out by saying I love the clothes that are put up on the website but I'm very disappointed with the customer service and the misleading information on the website. My first purchase from fashion nova was very disappointing. I was not informed that the dress I ordered was out of stock. A few days after I ordered it I was informed that my dress was not available and I would be given an "E gift card" for store credit. It has been two weeks and I still have not gotten the store credit that I was told about. Then i made my second purchase from fashion nova. I ordered a dress on a Thursday and I was promised two day shipping so the next business day would be that following Monday. I was never told about my tracking number or anything. The only email I got was an email that said "finishing touches" were being added to my order. It's been 6 days since I ordered my second dress and I still haven't been informed about anything. The website does not add up to its word. My final issue is the constumer service. Everytime I call fashion nova I'm waiting for about 30 minutes and hung up by someone. Very unprofessional

I placed an order October 4th for a little over $100. I have been calling, emailing, even contact through social media. I have received nothing but the same automated email over and over again . I was guaranteed 2-3 business day shipping. Yet today is October 9 and I still have not received my package. I’m constantly checking my order but the shipment information hasn’t changed since it was updated to “pre-shipment “ making it clear this only means a label has been printed and that the mailing company most likely hasn’t even received my package. This is ridiculous! I’ve called customer service... they just hang up in my face ... I needed these clothes by a certain date ... I can not afford to go out and buy clothes for an event that I ALREADY purchased clothes for... which is my birthday... that I’ve been planning for about two weeks... I ordered these clothes in time to return in case something didn’t fit ... Now I’ll be lucky to even try the clothes on !

ugh so angry with what I had to go through thanks to them. After I ordered several items I didn't get any notification nor I got any update.
If I'm not mistaken I spent several days trying to reach their service. And all of a sudden they answered yesterday. But I didn't get what I wanted.
They only said that their server was down and they need time to resolve all of the issues. In short, it was an automatic email that was sent to all of the customers. I think that's the only email system that works. Unfortunately, it's impossible to talk to it or to send it an email and get an adequate answer. So now I have no idea where is my money, where is my money or whether my order exists or not.

invalid information during shipping
Hello.
My package was shipped the 27 and due to the weekend (non working days I was expecting my package to arrive latest the 3. That day I got a text message from the post office saying the package lacked information or was unvalid, and was therefore required to be held in customs until I sent them information about the items I had purchased.
I payed for quick shipment, and not only had the people sending this package managed to neglect information, I now have to pay 550kr (about 70 dollars) to the post office, which is quite inconvenient considering I already payed extra money for fast shipping, and have waited almost two weeks instead of 2-4 days for my package because of this inconvenience. It is obviously not my fault that there was lack of information on this package, and would therefore like some type of compensation, or my money back for the fast shipping and having to pay the post office, and especially an explanation to why this has happened. I really love the clothes in this website and would like to buy again but I am afraid the same will happen again.

I made a purchase on 8/31/17 and I was sent a size 15 in my jeans and it should have a 1x. I do not know the return policy a friend that shops with guys all the time said it should be a post card of some sort that will give me the info about the return policy. I have wanted to place another but in good conscience I can't because I need this resolved the tags are still attached and they are unworn. Please help and tell me what I can do

Ordered a dress on a Friday, with the expectation that it would arrive by the following Tuesday. When I placed the order it was guaranteed with a flat rate domestic 2-day shipping. That Sunday I was notified that my package has shipped. Later that Monday, I checked the status of the shipment and there and behold, it says I'm not supposed to get my package until Saturday! My event is on Saturday, which means I will have to go out and purchase another dress . I've emailed them THREE times and no response! Also, the customer number that they provided is a joke! I've been hung up on 8 times! At this point, I want my money back and nothing to do with this fraud butt company!

They are The most incompetent online store I've ever had the misfortune to know. I return to items and they only refund me for one then have the nerve to ask me for tracking when clearly I didn't keep it because it was two day shipping and why would I need it. I should've known that fashion over is in capable of doing the most simple things whereas any other online shop whether it be handmade or a big store like Macy's they actually will look up the information. They are so lazy that they won't even look up the order number and track down their stupid distribution center to get the information they rely solely on tracking knowing no one freaking keeps it, they suck so bad. If you're expecting a full refund of your items you're basically accepting nothing. This is the stupidest reason to have a bad comment, because they're too dumb to realize That there's two items in the box not just one and on the return card there are two items not just one meaning I should be getting refunded for two items not just one. Don't buy from them!

All as usual. Paid for my order and never received it. So many stories and complaints about the same, but you don't fix anything. What is it called? It's called "I don't give a crap about my customers" attitude. You could do me a favor and sent me a confirmation at least. But you didn't.
Their customer service cares no more, they got their money. And I have no idea how to get my money back. It's terrible what you do to your customers. You should be ashamed by running your business this way.

I placed an order over 3 weeks ago spending 150$+ and I haven't received my order yet. An email was recently sent to me at 27th September saying it was delivered without giving information as to who delivered it or who signed for it. There was no delivery whatsoever. I returned 3 items from 2 different orders to save on return shipping, they gave me credit for 2/3 items

I placed an order on the 18th of September. I got a notification that my order was delievered on the 22nd of September but the package was never presented in my mailbox. I doubled checked my address to ensure it wasn't my mistake. However it could've been the delwivwry service at fault but either way I PAID FOR NOTHING. I placed two orders on the 10th September, order number 7689572 and 7696492. I realized that i put the incorrect email by mistake by one character, i then sent an email and asked the team to rectify this on the same day which never happened. A week or so later I received my second order 7696492 on Wednesday 20th September but no sight of my first 7689572 order, these items are urgent as this is for my holiday which i am going to on Saturday 30th September.
i have sent over 15 emails and keep getting a generic response with the tracking number R000003275791 and yodel tracking JJD0002256670428765 to trace my parcel but this is for the order which has already been received 696492 as i have explained to them on many occasions via email. I contacted Yodel and they have confirmed there is nothing else waiting to be delivered for me.
Please can someone contact them and find out where my parcel is if not i would like a full refunds as this for swimming costumes which are non returnable but if i don't get it i want my money back as a matter of urgency.

After Placing an order, I realized the wrong address was entered. I immediately tried to change the address or cancel the order and neither option is presented. Then to add to the frustration the number does not work. So I need the items urgently and cannot afford to put through a second order but somehow the policies are in place by fashion nova to scam people. So I have to wait for the items to show up to an address I no longer live so that they can somehow be returned so that I can get my money back to re order. Emails are never answered on time nor does the phone number work. I am pressing all the options and it keeps saying the same thing. A simple cancel button would resolve all this bs. I AM FRUSTRATED!
I do not understand this company... tell me how they sent me an email telling me my order was delayed due to a busy warehouse, they give me the option to cancel (so I do) and then the day after they ship my order?!?!
I reached out to them and they just send what their policy states online that orders cannot be changed canceled etc after purchase. WHY DID YOU GIVE ME THE OPTION TO CANCEL THEN IN THE EMAIL? Mind you, the item was not even my size. I am a L and for whatever reason the order went in that I clicked on XS so there is no way to even try and make it work. They need to handle order mistakes better cause they are bound to happen. For such a successful company they should have stellar customer service and better policies when mistakes happen in the order process. I will keep arguing until i get my money back!

I placed an order on the 8th of September for $525 dollars and paid $25 for expedited shipping which the site says is 2-4days. 2 days later I received a shipment number. I have not been able to get any tracking information with the tracking number provided and I have sent multiple emails and direct messages on Twitter to the customer care team with no assistance. I get the same automated response from each consultant saying that they are having delays and that deliveries may take up to 30days due to local customs for international orders but I cannot even follow up with my local post office because all I have is a shipment number from Fashion Nova that does not bring up any information. They eventually sent me a $25 gift card for the shipping but I have not received any further responses as to where my order is nor any responses to my request for a cash refund! I am extremely frustrated as this is a lot of money and I have been taken for a ride!

I wore my lace me up chunky heel- cobalt blue heels two times and last night, September 23rd I went out to a club and was standing in them when all of a sudden one of the chunky heels just broke on me. I had to then walk around with the heels in my hand with no shoes on. Gross. I demand a full refund and a new pair of better made quality shoes. There is so exception for this to happen. my package that I never received
I ordered 2 dresses from Fashion Nova. I paid around $50 for both and when I received the package only the $19.99 dollar dress was there. I have tried calling thousands of times and I've left multiple messages and no one has tried to get back to me. This is ridiculous. It's the last time I will ever buy from them. The only dress I received was the Liv Sweater Dress - Black. I also ordered the Layne Lace Up Dress - Black for $32.99 and never received it. I'm going to have to file a claim with my bank if they never call me back.
