never got my full refund
I shipped out 9 items a week ago from order #[protected] and only refunded for two items! I don't understand why because they are all in one package! Usually they are good with refunds but i don't know what happend. It also sucks that they don't have a customer service hotline where you can call and actually talk to someone.
They just want you to keep emailing them which btw either it gets them 2 weeks to reply or not reply at all. Im scared that I won't be getting my money back. Anyone who can suggest legal action that I can do if they don't give my money back?

I keep emailing customer service and they keep telling me about 24-48 hr stuff that doesn't pertain to my order because it was placed over five days ago and I got tracking info for it two days ago and it hasn't been shipped. I never got shipping confirmation after receiving the tracking. This will cause me to not want to ever do business with fashion nova ever again

I returned an item that was too small. It was received on 7/27/18 via UPS. I emailed the company on 8/4/18 with a status update regarding my store credit. They emailed me back stating that the return hasn't been processed. It's been over 5-7 business days and still no store credit. I emailed them again and they said that they don't have record of my return, even after I provided a tracking # to them. It looks like the BBB needs to get involved as well as the AG for fraud. I will not stop here, this is a scam and rip-off. I will be taking further steps against this company. I have been calling and no one answers. The phone actually picked up after 20+ minutes of waiting only to get an automated message stating their hours of business. I called back because I was calling within the time frame stated and have been on hold for 15 minutes.

Please save yourself from these scammers! First they misplaced my order so they where going to give me a gift card according to them. After going back and forth with them for 1 month n half (with an automated message half the times) they gave me a gift card. Once I was going to use it they only gave me part of my refund! $240 down the drain with no products! Customer service is horrible. Save yourself!
chill out hoodie - item not received
Almost 2 months ago I placed an order, I messed up the address & the package had to be returned, understandable. Every single day since then a representative has spoken with me about receiving "credit" This was a birthday outfit, a simple fix. I have yet to revive the credit almost two months later & was recently told this Thursday after avoiding emails that I should be expecting something & then today I'm told I'll have to file a claim! I do not think it is professional or fair for me to file a claim for an order they acknowledged they recieved months ago. It is VERY unprofessional. Help! For an $11 item!

They lack a lot but one of the many problems I have With them is I could Never get a live person on the phone. Ridiculous I had To return an item that I hate and then send you a store credit on a gift card. Which is completely fine, however the gift card happened to be used already which is just ridiculous that means my money went down the drain unacceptable I dont Even understand that can happen they need to be more sufficient things like this should be happening. Unacceptable and at this point and as big as they are stuff like that should have never had happened. I will Be looking into contacting management somehow ! Very disappointed in they're lack of communication and how you can never talk to a live representative makes me highly upset!
returns policy
I returned two different orders on one return slip and now my return has been considered "incorrect" because I didn't use two different forms for two different orders. I was never issued credit and I do not have my usps receipt. Now they have the clothing I returned to them that I paid for and no credit! I shouldn't have to provide a tracking number to go look for my package. Whether a form was filled out in your way or not some record of some sort should have been made. This is pure incompetence and now I lost money because nobody can read a form with two different order numbers despite the columns being filled out correctly. Bad business!
worst website and worst customer service ever
Over 400$ order, Never [censored]* shipped! never replied to emails or calls or anything at all.. I had to dispute the payment with my bank to get a refund.! Literally the only emails I got were automated ones I tried, email, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram no response once or ever, phone number is pointless rings and rings and nobody asnwers ever. Don't wast you're time seriously what a [censored]* joke.
Not to mention the clothes are all from China they just attach a "fashion Nova" tag on some of them from what I seen on YouTube.
return policy /quality of merchandise
After spending hundreds of dollars on Fashion Nova this summer I have decided that I will no longer waste my time or money on their merchandise. Most of the clothes I have ordered are poor quality and look absolutely nothing like the pictures. Also the return policy for this company is the worst I have ever encountered. The customer has to pay to return merchandise regardless of the reason for the return. The shipping cost is just as much as the items themselves; so the customer still pays for something they have no use for.
All of the celebrities promoting fashion nova must be getting paid to do so because the items I have received this summer have been low quality and cheap looking. For example, I have enclosed a photo of pants I wore one time and the zipper got permanently stuck. Unfortunately, for me it was 30 days after my purchase and plus I already wore them so I just have to suck it up and take the loss (according to the return policy). In the other picture you will see a white outfit that came to me looking dingy like it had been worn before. Therefore, I have decided that I will not waste anymore of my money with this company.

poor customer service
so I ordered a romper from fashionnova on 7/20 and a couple days later I got an email saying my package was on its way, ok great. I go to track my package and it says pending. The facility they shipped it to stated they haven't received the package, but got the shipping data. By this point my money has already been taken out and I still have yet to receive the romper and it is 7/31. I email them 3 times and on the 3rd time finally got a response, stating that what happens after they ship out a package is not their fault and to file a claim which can take up to 30 days. This is ridiculous, poor customer service. All they do is take your money, they don't care about their customers. I won't be purchasing from them anymore.

The company is a complete and utter SCAM! I returned two clothing items which amounted to around £40 and had to pay for shipping on top of it, it has been 3 weeks since I returned it and have sent Fashionnova numerous emails with my proof of postage attached and yet I have received no reply. After hearing so much about this site I decided to place an order July 24th for my NYC trip coming up Aug 3rd, 18. On July 27th I received an email stating order delay it told me I could cancel my order if I did not want to wait with a refund to my original payment. I started to get worry on july 28th I still had not received any info regarding an estimate shipping date so I decided to cancel my order on the link from my email. So I went further to make sure it was cancelled by emailing them to get verification I recieved an email back from customer care stating unfortunately once your order is placed they can not modify edit or cancel it. So if I was displeased or unsatisfied with the order I would have to return the items and get an E-gift which is UNACCEPTABLE. For this business to be in such popular demand they have alot of work to do regarding customer service, shipping, & cancellation policy! I did not pay with an gift card and I will not be doing business with them anylonger. I filed an complaint to BBB.com because this place is an scam. I will dispute my charges with my bank because I don't want my order thats why I cancelled it before it was shipped out.

I placed an order from Fashion Nova for over $170 on 6/7/2018 for the first time (order # [protected]). I was advised the shipping would take 6- 10 working days ( I live in Sydney, Australia). It has been over 16 days and still no order received. I have followed up with Fashion Nova via email and advised to wait for up to 30 days and to check the tracking history. The tracking history is out of date, last information provided on 18/7/2018, which shows the order arrived at the delivery terminal in Australia. I requested an up to date tracking history from Fashion Nova however they have not provided this information. I was then told to contact the carrier in which I emailed and have not heard from them in over a week. My Fashion Nova account highlights that the order has been fulfilled but have not received my order.
I purchase goods/products online all the time and I have never had such an appalling experience: waiting so long to receive an order, providing out of date tracking information and poor customer service from Fashion Nova.
I want to know where my order is and when it will be delivered. Otherwise I want a refund for an order I never received.

I place an order 07/21/18 with Fashion Nova; being checking status on shipment date, no tracking information provided. I started sending emails daily. Four days later receive an email stating they have no estimated date of delivery of my order, I can CANCEL. I opted to CANCEL order and wanted to know the EXACT date my refund would be returned to my credit card. I was told by Ceida Diaz in an email they cannot cancel no matter if it has not shipped. Okay then refund me my money or provide me the EXACT date my order will be shipped. Until this day, I have not received neither.

It makes no sense at all they have 24/hour customer service and i get totally ignored. 7 times I sent email and no respond. I sent some items back and they recieve them a month now and no money back. I'm having a nervous breakdown. I trusted this site so much now it's a big disappointment.

I am so disappointed I paid money for jeans and they came with a bleach stain I think it's quite disgusting why should I go out my way to send them back when it wasn't my mistake? I have sent numerous emails no one is getting back to me I am so so upset by this. You should be sending me a new pair out immediately ! As soon as I opened the package I took a picture immediately I am shocked that you can send me jeans like this with such a high profile name ! I returned 4 items and even sent a detailed email describing the items I returned. I have spent over $700 on that site and it's a damn shame that they have avoided and ignored 7 of my emails. I even commented on their FB and IG to no avail. I have introduced 4 coworkers to them and we all looked forward to our packages. Now, because of this, we are all on FN strike until they right their wrong and at least acknowledge me. I returned 4 items and they credited me 2 and 1 item that wasn't even returned. I am so disappointed because I was a faithful and avid shopper, constantly telling everyone I knew about how great their clothes are. But their Customer Service has truly disappointed me.
