I wish I can add photos of the t shirt I received but it looks like something you would find at the bottom of a goodwill pile. T shirt was just crumpled in a usps bag, no tag, material super thin. The print is important but man I would not give this to anyone purposely. I wish I had enough time to shop somewhere else. How could I give this to my boss for Xmas like this? There website also stated in multiple lines do not contact us about your order in caps and red. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Horrible customer service. Their website processed my order incorrectly. I called and contacted 2 email addresses for their company immediately after the transaction asking for them to change the wrong sizes. They said they couldn't do that and they cancelled my order (I never said to cancel). Then I get an email stating they are refunding my order. However they kept a restocking fee. For what, I contacted you immediately and you cancelled my order. They responded by stating rad our policy. Their policy states the fee would be taken if notified over 2 hours after order was placed. I contacted you within 2 minutes not 2 hours. When I brought this to their attention the next e-mail from them send there was nothing else they can do and referred me to their policy again. I sent the policy and highlighted the 2 hour timeframe to them. They stopped all communication. Do not buy from them. I want the rest of my money back. I followed the terms in the policy they have on their website.

This is my first time to write a review here, and I'm sorry to say it echoes most of the other complaints made here. I ordered three shirts six before Christmas. The communications about the shipments were adequate but not great. The shirts did arrive in the nick of time. I agreed with the several comments about the scratchy and uncomfortable fabric. The sizing was much too large. I kept one to wash and see if it would shrink. It didn't. It was still large, but I'd washed it so I kept it. I returned the other two using their inconvenient returns procedures. They sent two new shirts. They went to the wrong address--that was my fault. The business who received them returned them to Chummy immediately, however. I wrote Chummy to say the shirts has come back to them, and that I'd be glad to pay to have them shipped to me. They responded that I should work with the business who received them. I wrote back to say that the business had returned them to Chummy. They didn't respond to my email. I followed up a few days later asking how we could resolve the issue. The simply ignored that email too. So I have no shirts and no refund. I'll simply buy the gift recipient two more shirts from someone else, but Chummy's quality is mediocre and their customer service is callous and terrible.

This company sent an order and for some reason, post office sent back to sender upon arrival.

I have called Chummy Tees 3x a day for 3 weeks and recording is automatic. I have sent 6 emails and all have gone unanswered.

I am calling my bank, filing with the BBB, and calling an attny to see what can be done. Upon further research, it looks as if this is normal for this company. I am upset because I thought it was family owned and happy to support. Please don’t use this company.

Chummy Tees, do better. Show some integrity.

I was scammed by this company. They promptly charged my account when I placed an online order but I never received the items purchased. When trying to inquire about my order I discovered this company has no contact phone number. Owner name etc. A huge red flag that I did not notice before placing my online order.

I ordered a t-shirt from Chummy Tees. I paid with my Amazon Pay. No product has been delivered. I go to their website. There is no contact information to call. There is no email address. I want my money back and this busi essout of business. They have choices for resolution with their service. All of the choices are no refunds, no returns.
