Fantastic Services review: Overcharged services

This company advertises a wide range of services with a shiny “credit” system. In reality, it’s nothing more than smoke and mirrors.
• Credits are useless: They push you to buy credits, but you quickly realise you can’t actually use them for anything meaningful. Do the maths — it simply doesn’t add up.
• Very limited services: The only thing you might get is a cleaner (sometimes a gardener). But it’s usually just one cleaner for a huge area, and you’re stuck waiting on their availability.
• False advertising: I tried booking other services (like architects). Despite confirmations, no one ever turned up.
• Overpriced: Even for cleaning/gardening, they charge more than market rates. So you’re paying a premium for less. When I challenged them, answer was ‘because we add costs like customer support,. Well, their customer support system is total BS. Not against the people or the staff, but they have no controls literally!
• No real value: Beyond the one cleaner, there’s nothing else. You can’t apply credits to your regular services, and there are no real alternatives.

Bottom line: This is not a genuine service provider. It’s a high-cost membership dressed up to look useful but delivers almost nothing. Save your money and go directly to reliable providers. You can plant trees in your own! Don’t get into greenwashing.
