We couldnt be happier. They came out on short notice and did a beautiful job on windows and screens.

On 9 Aug, me and Dave agreed that gutter guards needed to be installed after cleaning the gutters. I told Dave that my house had 2 stories and a walk-out basement at the back, making it 3 stories in total. He checked on Google and reckoned it would be fine for his team to walk on the roof. On the 17th, Dave visited my house to assess it and give me an accurate estimate. He assured me that despite the height, gutter guards could be installed. On 21 Aug, his crew arrived and began cleaning the gutters before putting in the guards. After more than 2 hours of work, Dave called me to say they couldn't install the guards due to the house's height. He demanded $497.50 (out of $1297.50) for a job that was not completed. He accused me of fraud and threatened to involve the police when I expressed my dissatisfaction. He even hinted that he dislikes working with foreigners. To avoid further conflict, I reluctantly paid the amount requested.
This job was from 2021 2 years ago, complaintsboard.Com needs to correct this, dave's issued a full refund even though gutters were cleaned out. Read the complaint, he says on aug 21st. We arrived, today is aug 14th 2023

Profeshunally friendly service and they did a grate job washing alot of windows. The appointment was scheduled the week before and they arrived on time. The windows looked so much better after they were done. They also replaced my screens.
