So, I had these guys come over to clean my place on June 23, 2022. They were supposed to show up at 9:00am sharp for a move out cleaning, but they didn't get there until 3:40pm! I had to call them a bunch of times throughout the day, but they hardly ever picked up. When they finally did show up, they rushed through the cleaning and didn't even do everything I asked for, like cleaning the fridge, oven, and cupboards. And get this, they still charged me for it! I sent them pictures of the mess they left behind, but all they said was that they couldn't do anything about it because they already gave me a $20 discount for being a new customer. What kind of nonsense is that? If they didn't do the job right, why should I have to pay for it?

I hired Amenity Housekeeping Inc to do a deep clean in my apartment on 11/30. But they didn't show up and I had to call and email them over 7 times that day. They finally got back to me almost at 8PM. They lied and said they went to the leasing office, but they never did. They rescheduled for 8AM on 12/1 but didn't show up until after 1PM. I had to leave a bad review on *** before they finally sent someone. Their confirmation email said two people would come, but only one did. She didn't have the right tools and left my apartment in worse shape than before. They didn't clean my bathtub or shower, the oven had grease on the bottom, and there was black soot from the oven all over my kitchen counters. The mopping left a sticky residue on my floors, and most baseboards were not touched. I reached out to their support person 3 times and haven't heard back. The only reply I got was from the CEO saying they would reschedule someone new, but it's been 3 days and still no word. I asked the cleaner if she received tips through the website, but she said no. It seems like the business is keeping the money that customers expect to go to the cleaner.
