I would never use them again. The owner didn't listen to me about the transaction that took place with the technician. Something that started at $400.00 ended up costing me $2000.000 plus.

The carpet cleaning from Steamy Concepts, LLC was the best we've ever had. They were able to remove soil that other cleaners couldn't. We will definitely use their services again. The appointment time was kept and the service was great. You can't go wrong with these guys. A big thanks to Dwight G.

Steamy Concepts, LLC is hands down one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. They bill for work they haven't even done, supplies they never gave, and they never bothered to finish the job. And to top it off, they have the audacity to show up at my home and harass me for payment. I strongly advise you to steer clear of them.

They were fast, nice, and good at drying out a little water leak in a closet but charged us $500 more than what our insurance company said was the industry standard. They also suggested *** to fix the closet walls they removed. That company gave us an estimate of over $2500. We did the work ourselves for about $300.

This company is the worst ever. We had them clean our carpets and paid extra for special products to get rid of dog urine smell. It looks like they didn't use the products 'cause the smell is still there, and on top of that, they cleaned half of my son's room and left the other half untouched. I tried to contact the company twice, and they said they'd call me back, but they never did. Customer service is terrible, and the work they did is awful. I paid for a service I didn't even get.

This is my second time using Steamy Concepts. *** and his helper Ben, I think, were really friendly. We walked around the house to discuss what I wanted them to do. After telling me the total cost, they started working. They finished pretty quickly. My carpet and floors look awesome! Being a small business owner myself, I know how crucial customer service is. I also know that customers tend to complain more than they compliment. That's why I wanted to leave my 5-star review today. Thank you so much.

I'm so disappointed in this company. I love supporting local businesses, you know? KIIM FM always talks about how great they are, but I think they just have to because they pay for ads. I had them come over to clean my carpets, and they said it would cost an extra $60.00 to treat the stains in just two rooms. So, naturally, I thought the stains would actually be treated. I paid the extra money, so the original $80.00 special for two rooms turned into $155.00, including the stains and a tiny hallway. I was okay with that, you know? But guess what? The very next day, the stains were back! I called them up and they said they could come back in a week to fix it. The owner told me that stains tend to come back, and that's why they're "the only company" that guarantees their work for 30 days. Shouldn't every company guarantee their work? And do I really have to get my carpet cleaned twice? I'm so disappointed and it's such a hassle to schedule two appointments when it could've been done right the first time.

Where do I even begin... This company doesn’t even deserve 1 Star... The nightmare started with a leak under the kitchen sink and a plumber recommended we use the services of Steamy Concepts. The plumber had observed black mold as the water had leaked for quite some time under the previous homeowner. One fateful phone call and the disaster, also known as Steamy Concepts, began to rain down misery upon my family. The initial inspector stated they’ve dealt with this before and the homeowner’s insurance would handle the costs for repair. I still thank God that I held them off from total demolition because that’s what they were pushing for. So the decision was made to simply use their giant dehumidifier/fan/air blower/whateveritscalled and let it run. The assurance; “no worries! We (steamy concepts) will deal with the insurance"... And so days went by, and once in a while someone would show up to check on the poor machine and then leave. After nearly a week and a half, when it became crystal clear that the homeowners insurance was ABSOLUTELY not taking care of this, we received an invoice from Steamy Concepts and its owner, Mr. ***, in the amount of a whopping $1300+ Now that might not be a lot to some people, but for my family, it had a devastating effect on our finances. Steamy Concepts demanded payment in full. An in-person meeting led to an arrangement to bring the balance down to $1000. Steamy Concepts demanded payment in full. When last-ditch effort pleas were made to the owner to accept payments, the agreement was made to charge my debit card every other Friday, in four (4) equal payments. My credit card info was provided and all seemed to go in the direction of happiness and bliss for Mr. *** and his business to obtain his $1000 for running a fan. And then... all parties involved discovered that Mr. had way bigger issues than collecting a grand from a struggling, middle class family. His employees couldn’t figure out how to run a credit card every other Friday for payment. The excuses and accusations started to pile up. The credit card number I gave was wrong (it wasn’t). His employee, Josh, even admitted that he was at fault and he should’ve ran the card of the dates agreed upon, but forgot. Then Mr., realizing the incompetence of his employees, took matters into his own hands. His rambling phone call to me was one of a non-stop barrage of insults. What company, big or small, can’t run a credit card on a specific date per request of the customer? We are in 2020 for God’s sake. When the owner, Mr., engaged in insulting my family and now demanded money orders, because he realized how incapable his finance department was with running credit cards, we were done. We had suffered through months of lies and deceitful business practices from this company who had now engaged in relentlessly targeting a family for money. When Mr. sent the invoice to a collections agency, it was actually a relief. That’s how crazy this is. The collections agency received my credit card, they ran it on the days I told them to run it, it was simply amazing. I would not recommend Steamy Concepts to ANYONE. Don’t believe the lies they tell you at the start of a job. My lesson learned: get the authorization from the insurance company FIRST, don’t listen to the sweet deal from Steamy Concepts and their promises. If you need your smelly couch cleaned, okay, I’m sure that’ll work fine. But beware if you’ve got a big job that needs to be dealt with quickly.

I called Steamy Concepts to clean a big ol' rug and 1 bedroom carpet for their special deal of around $99. They came to my crib on October 6, to do the cleaning. The dude in charge convinced me to get this fancy seal called MicroSeal on my carpets. He said it would protect against any pet stains, wine stains, and those pesky high-traffic areas that keep poppin' up even after a regular carpet cleaning. I mentioned that my cat sometimes pukes, but no pee or spray from the dog or cat. He assured me that MicroSeal would stop those stains from seepin' into the carpets/rugs. And if I couldn't clean 'em all the way, Steamy Concepts would come back and clean 'em up for free. Sounded like a sweet deal for a pet owner like me. The final bill came out to be a whopping $576.98.

So, on Feb 3, 2022, I called 'em up 'cause I noticed some dirt in a high-traffic area that had come back. Steamy Concepts said it wasn't covered, but they offered to do a nice little cleaning for me as a favor. I said no thanks to that. Then, on March 14, 2022, I called 'em again 'cause there was a stubborn cat vomit stain that just wouldn't budge. Once more, Steamy Concepts told me that this kind of stain wasn't covered by the "MicroSeal warranty," but they offered to do a courtesy cleaning. I turned 'em down again 'cause they weren't standin' by the product they sold me, ya know?

I've been callin' 'em nonstop, talkin' to *** (3/18/22), the boss of the Tucson office at [protected], and I demanded that they reimburse me for the MicroSeal. Their company straight-up lied about the product and the warranty. *** said they'd give me back $240, but I still haven't seen that money. And *** hasn't returned any of my calls. I even tried callin' 'em on 4/15/2022, but it went straight to voicemail. What a bummer, man.
