I ordered a couch on the 23/2/25, 1-2 weeks deliver was stated on the website, utter lie by the way, 5 weeks later after hearing nothing from the store nor "customer service", I emailed support(29/3/25) and was told it would be another week or so and the store would contact me, another lie, that never happened, so visiting the store today(15/4/25) was told that the 1-2 weeks delivery time was a "mistake" (read utter BS) and all couches take 6-8 weeks, and then being told it'll be another 2-3 weeks, being we're at 9-10 weeks now and it's still another 2-3 weeks away, it's an utter joke. Having to force any info out of them is ridiculous, tiny companies manage to keep me updated surely a multimillion dollar company can do that too, but nope it's like pulling teeth with them.
Recommendation: Avoid at all costs unless it's in stock and you can take it home with you it's not woirth your time or money to indulge the incompetence excreted from this company.
