Three weeks later no couch and it's not even on for delivery
I do t want a refund I want the couch in the timeframe promised as now I have no couch and a 40th birthday here people have to sit on the floor.
No one can help me. Store level are palming off and this lady Kim 0407885 984 is not answering her phone.

I came in to do a refund and the customer service was absurd. He name was Shanan S and gave attitude the whole time and I asked her questions and was ignored.
Ordered a Miami sofa on the 7/12/2022 and was told itll take maximum of 9 weeks for it to be made and delivered. Its now 12 weeks in and just only found out it wont be here for another 6+ weeks as {excuses and more B-[censored]} why its delayed. Was never told or informed about any delays or what the ACTUAL FK is going on.
