Fantastic Furniture review: modular sofa

Hi
I purchased a sofa and it does not fit together correctly I am happy to send pictures as it's difficult to explain.
There is a piece missing In The mechanism that stops the 3 centre pieces from moving, one piece is not fixed into place on one side due to this.
The Velcro on this piece is also the same on both sections so we cannot stick the material down and it just hangs down so maybe a whole manufacturing error on this piece. If you could send me the email address to send pictures as it won't let me load them
