Family Dollar review: im complaining about store manager and assistant manager

Well I reach out to customers service sometime last week regarding this matter I haven't gotten any response regarding this matter well anyway the store manager and assistant manager is very rude nasty very disrespectful well what happen was I brought a pair shoes for my 4 years old daughter so I got home and realized the shoes was too small so I went back to the store the next day with my shoes and my receipt so they can exchange my shoes to a bigger size the store manager said he couldn't change the shoes because I didn't have the tag to the shoes I had my receipt and i'm a regular customer I was a regular customer now i'm not I don't want to go back to that store ever again the store manager is so rude and nasty and disrespectful and very unprofessional I think he could have handled the situation more better he saw me purchase the shoes the day before I had my receipt that I brought the shoes it's the way how he was talking to me unprofessional and a nasty rude way so I got upset and walk out the store he followed me out the store and start disrespecting me running his mouth threaten me saying he was going get his girlfriend to beat me up I don't think he should have follow me out the store im a customer and he suppose to be a store manager he handle that very unprofessional other customers said he was totally disrespectful and totally out of hand the assistant manager threaten me as well disrespect me saying he was going get his girlfriend to beat me up as well they are very unprofessional as a customer I shouldn't feel like this very uncomfortable and I felt as though I was very disrespected mistreated in the worse way possible it got out of control that I gave to call the police hopefully someone reach out to me regarding this matter my number is [protected] thanks I would appreciate it someone reach out to me
