Family Dollar review: Disrespectful behavior towards customers

An employee at the Family Dollar Store at 10067 Main Street Castalia, NC named Kara Wood was hired thru Erin who already works there, so Cindy the manager hired her. She is an ex-girlfriend, mother of my granddaughter. Since she was hired she has been harassing any family and friends who visit the store and talking trash regarding my son. Kara was removed from the property her and my son shared on and off for the past five years. she was removed by the sheriff for property damage, broke thru a window to gain entry to destroy the place while my son wasn't home, threatening harm to others and herself, she has taken my sons set of keys to his truck and keys to other homes and business we own. When Kara is mad she spreads untrue and nasty rumors to play the victim. The sheriff department in Nash County know her (several reports on file) and her undiagnosed condition of post partum depression. Her mother knows she needs help and has been called by the sheriff to come get her out the home. She needs professional help everyone around her knows but wont actually do something about it, its sad. I was waiting out in the car in the parking lot for my cousin to make a purchase inside. I looked up the see Kara looking at me and gave me the middle finger while behind the register in front of other customers, when she waited on my cousin she said some dumb comments and my cousin ignored her so when my cousin was coming outside I looked up to see her and Kara gave me the middle finger again. Well I went inside and told her that if she gave me the finger again I will snap it off in her [censored]. I talked to Cindy the manager the next day to ask her be relocated because Kara choose this location to harass. Cindy said no Erin asked me to hire her, which Erin is Kara's friend. Cindy said she didn't pick the Castalia store, wrong she did to thru Erin. Cindy said Kara's conduct isn't even bad enough for a write up. Well then what is. Customer service is key for customers to keep coming back. So now customers can go into the store or be outside the store and be harassed with no consequences to the employee. I asked Cindy to relocate her to another store she said she couldn't do that. I blew up at Kara that night because of the harassment she has be giving us since she was escorted off the property in July of 2020. We all wish her to be relocated to another store to restore peace in our little town of 360 people. We would really like her fired but she needs a job to help support my granddaughter.

Desired outcome: FIRE HER
