Frame was in stock and the seller didn't provide tracking number
I bought frame from www.ezcontactsusa.com. I needed the frame ASAP, so I paid for the fast delivery. It was mentioned that the delivery took 3 days, but the seller took money from me and hasn’t provided any details of the purchase. As well as I haven’t received the tracking number. I emailed the customer services, but the seller told me that the item hasn’t been in stock. But on the website it showed that the item was in stock. Terrible services.
Fake advertising on website.
I purchased contact lenses through ezcontactusa.com on Jan 2009. I should get two $30 rebate from 8 boxes of Softlens 38 and Toric. I got 4 boxes first and 2 weeks later I got thw reat of my order.
