Exxon

On 1/12/22 at 7:38 pm I rook 2 propane tanks to Exxon station #4787552 in Newport Delaware. When Stephen who filled the tanks rang it up, I was charged $49.98. This is more that any other time I filled up tanks there. I told Stephen they were 15 pound tanks. He said he put 20 pounds of propane in them. I went out to my car to check the tanks and they are 15 pound each. When I came back and told him that, he insisted he put 20 pounds of propane in each tank and I was charged for 20 pounds. Now tonight it is going down to 14 degrees and I need the tanks to prevent freezing of items in my garage. Come to find out when I hooked up the tanks (I tried both) they were in the yellow zone which means they are nearing empty. I am extremely annoyed. I want a refund and I hope you can give Stephen some additional training so he does not do the same thing to someone else.
