Exxon

I entered and paid for the Bronze Wash after filling up my car at Exxon. The car wash was not functioning very well and did not move the car along thru the car wash, The front left side of my car is bent and it is hard to open the door.
I did go into the Exxon station and gave my address, name and phone number to the assistor. The owner was not present, It has been almost 5 hours and I have not heard anything feedback on this incident. The car wash was not moving the car thru the tunnel correctly and was pushing it against the wrapped stands along the side,
I want to put this complaint in writing and the car needs to be fixed.
Who do I contact for the insurance claim and repair.
