No paper towels or sanitizer at pumps. Bought Gas and Air and wanted to sanitize with Covid and possible bacteria. All pumps without paper towels or sanatizers. Went inside and mentioned it to the woman behind the counter and saw a paper towel dispenser behind and asked for a few and the woman said. NO!! they aren't for me and then yelled with hand in air to get out. I left and she locked me out of the store yelling at me. A local officer pulled in and lent me some of his own sanitizer. He also went in and paid her a visit to update her on basic safety procedures. Does Marathon update their stores to explain the pandemic and institute cleanliness at this time? I will choose other gas stations in the neighborhood

    Hi my name is cyndi Fedoris Xmas day at 3:12 pm I paid 10$ for gas I was on empty had family to visit pump never worked employee said gas was pumped I said no sir come look at my 0 miles till empty he wouldn't let me use another pump he said no and would not even come look at my gas gage turned me away said nothing he can do . I couldn't visit family and went home spent Xmas day alone I need to

      Year 2013 2014 when KaVon Allen started Mr.KavonAllen was hired at Marathon cleaning the restroom. The guy whom hired Ka Von Allen left, KaVon Allen then a short guy came said his name was Ali, ask KaVon Allen For some help said he will pay me for cleaning the Conners whipping the product dust off in also the shelves also. also swept and mopped iPhone was stolen he didn't replace it did Tavion side I had to practically beg him everyday I also got cuts and bruises he was always hitting KaVon Allen. Also got all the glass out the parking lot to make sure it wouldn't be no flat tires sweat the dust out of the alley I was also power washing also clean the prompts.

        Marathon Oil Corporationgas hose

        Date of incident 10/16/19 at around 3:15 PM. Started pumping gas and the gas started gushing out and squirting everywhere out of the gas hose due to a cut in the gas hose. The gas price went up to $9.55 (none of which even went into my car). The gas soaked mainly my boots/socks, but also squirt my sweater and jeans. My car also smells terrible of gasoline as well as I had to drive off with gasoline soaked boots. I do have a picture of cut hose, but had difficulty adding photo from my cell phone.

          Marathon Oil Corporationoil royalties acct. # [protected] big horn county

          My Mother was collecting oil royalty payment quarterly reguraly from Marathon for many years. Her account no. was [protected]. She passed in May 2016. Marathon deposited one more quarterly payment about that time into her account. I then notified Marathon of her death. The account went into suspension. I tried for two year to change the royalties into her children's names. I submitted an affidavit that was filed with Big Horn County to change into her children's names. Then I tried to change into just Brian Madsen's name as my Mother wished. I never did get it straightened out before Marathon sold the oil royalties to Merit Energy June 2016. I have manged to change the royalties into Brian's name at Merit. They paid him the back royalties from June 2016. However, from Marathon's last payment summer 2015 to summer 2016 Marathon transferred nothing to Merit. In addition Marathon has told me repeatedly that there is nothing in the account. I also inquired to Marathon finacial department to find out if the funds were maybe transferred to the State after 3 years. I received no response. They keep e-mailing me the same answer. We have nothing in the account. My question is this. Did the well produce for years and years and suddenly stop in 2015 and then start again magically when Merit purchased in 2016? Since Merit Energy have had the roylties they are producing the same as when Marathon had the royalties and were paying. I have been trying to straighten this out with Marathon for 3 years. I just need to know what happened between last payment 2015 to when they were sold June 2016? It makes no sense that my Mother received payments until her death and then the the well stopped producing at all from 2015 to 2016? Then magically started producing almaost exactly the same when Merit took over?????

            My mother is 84. She has had a card in her name for many years. She recently received her renewal card but was unable to renew because the primary card holder was her husband who is now deceased. Talking to customer service got us no where. She was told to apply for a new card on her own. She did this. She was rejected because they could not get a credit report. Her credit report was frozen to protect them from having a card opened in her husbands name. She, with the help of family, contacted the cred it company and got the account unfrozen for 30 days so she could re-apply. She reapplied and was rejected because there was already an application for her in the last 30 days that was rejected. Customer service is saying she cannot apply until 30 days after this last letter. By then the account will be re-frozen by the credit company. Nothing in the first rejection letter noted she could not apply until after 30 days had passed. Now she would have to go the entire process with the credit company again. I do not think a Marathon card is worth this and that the company is very insensitive to an older woman who has paid the bill on time and in full for 3 years since her husband died. Plus she did as they suggested twice to obtain a new card.
