Express Scripts review: Horrible customer service and company

I am sure they treat their employees like garbage which is why they are so incompetent and often rude, but it's absurd. And, they tell you to "stay on the line for a customer satisfaction survey" but they always disconnect you because they don't want you to leave a bad review.

I have my husband complain multiple times a year to his employer health advocate that they need to stop using Express Scripts and Accredo, the two worst companies in the health care business, which is saying a lot.

Recommendation: If you have the choice to go with any other mail order pharmacy, do it
