No support on a dispute with holiday inn in gatlinburg we to leave early due to a family emergency and the hotel refused any refund because we booked with a third party (expedia) expedia sided with the hotel because they said they have no record of us checking out early I have receipts of us having dinner in our home area and rental car return we live approximately 8 hrs away but they were not interested in that documentation we also purchased their travel insurance but to file a claim they required information we cannot get because of hippa laws and they were very sorry about that I will never book with expedia again

Recommendation: do not use expedia
