I booked 6 flight segments using the same credit card, same account, 2 phones – for myself and my child.
Only 4 were confirmed. 2 were mysteriously canceled.
Within seconds, the same flights reappeared at 10x higher price (£2.96 → £29.96).
Customer service refused to help, didn’t provide any case ID, and closed the chat abruptly.
My bank confirmed: no issue with my card – all rejections came from the merchant’s side.
I’m preparing to file complaints with ECC, OCPB, and other global watchdogs.
Please be careful when booking flights via Booking.com – always screenshot your fare!
