She is a big fraud, we own salon businesses in NY, we saw her ad and decided to call her, she asked us 1000 dollars for one location and she asked us for traveling expense, we agreed . Next day she asked her to pick her up from New Jersey, my wife and I drove to NJ from Long Island to pick her up, we showed her all our locations and paid her about 10, 000 then she charged us for some items from her then she asked us to drop her in NJ back because some another client of her can't drive till NY to pick her up . We did everything which she said is to do, nothing changed infect she told us to sleep on bad location in our home which we found out after we studied later . So please stay away from her she is s big fraud, she all over in the TV to cheat innocent people .

I rarely frequent message boards, and now I wish I had prior to hiring her. My mom insisted she would be able to help me with my health problems by helping the energy in my home.
In actuality she and her extemely unprofessional (and frankly unintelligent) assistant ended up causing more stress in my life before I hired her. After spending more than 4000 dollars between her "services, " her travel arrangments (yes she has the client plan, and book her travel even after charging nearly 2000 dollars for a consult) and additional money for power plates and such that she did not send on the timeline she promised. She kept changing her directions, would email one thing, and when i spoke to her on the phone she would say something else. I have worked for numerous companies, the most recent being Apple and I am appalled at her lack of courtsey and professionalism. I could go on about the frustrations she caused but no point in torturing myself. I HIGHLY encourage that you hire someone with more ethics than her, and certainly with some manners.

I had called Pallavi Chhelavda sometime last year because I was going through some personal problems. Nothing was working in our favour. We were both having problems with our jobs, daily fights between us, kids are not keeping well. My family said they know that our birth charts say everything should be in place by now, but nothing was going as per plans. I spoke to some relatives in India and they told me that its got to be bad vastu of our home. We love our new home… We are still paying huge monthly payments on our home. We had to save for so long to buy it, there was no way to get rid of the home. Our family and relatives told us that an astrologer or vastu pundit should be able to fix the problems of the home by suggesting some minor changes or adding a couple of artifacts at designated directions as suggested by them.

We had seen some advertisements from Pallavi chhelavda on desi TV and I thought she must be able to help us… when I called her office, they were nice and sweet as if they are your best friends. But once you get to know them, they are all con-artists. They ask you some questions and answers invariably leads to vastu problems at home. Then they recommend changes – sometimes huge ones. To break a wall, move the toilet from where it is, move the kitchen or they say the entry to the home is incorrect… so eventually, everything seems to be wrong with your home. And you are supposed to pay them a lot of money to visit your home and recommend changes. They also tell you to buy some vastu or feng shui items from them. By the time they suggest you those items, you are totally in their trap. You already believe that this home is the reason to all your problems and you need to either get out of the home or spend money to cure it of all the evil by spending money. I ended up spending such huge amounts when we were already in a cash crunch, but nothing changed. Now I just am thankful that things did not really got worse with their suggestions. All the money was charged in advance and they don’t even offer refunds. There is no return policy on their goods..

I just want to post this so that I can tell other people like me to not to fall for pallavi chhelavda. There are real good vastu experts, who do not charge so much money. You can also read some books or do some research on the net to find good cures for your home. But please do not call Pallavi Chhelavda. Once you call her, there is no going back. She will trap you and extort money from you. Because when you are stressed due to personal problems, you are very vulnerable. I wish I had done some research before calling them. I recently researched and found out that Pallavi chhelavda was once arrested and jailed as well… I know, I found it very difficult to believe, but see for yourself. So please be careful. Do your research. Do not fall for such con-artists. Have faith in yourself and the god almighty. You will get what is destined for you. Have patience and do not lose faith. If you must contact an astrologer or a vastu or feng shui expert, make sure you do your research. Don’t regret it later after spending thousands of $$.

Don’t even think about using Pallavi Chhelavda I have heard ofher for some time and thought maybe since we are buying new home she could give some guidance. First time we spoke she told me she needed to travel to my home in Californa as she could not do this over phone. I have large 5 bedroom which I will use also as an office so I felt she understood her work so it was fine. She told me that i would need to pay her and It would be a lifetime investment ans she would come see me whenever she would come to California.

I waited for about 1 month and she never came. So i called her and she was extremely rude.

She said she was busy and I needed to wait. If it was an emergency then i could buy her round trip flight right away.

When I told her I didn’t know I was responsible for her travel she got mad and said she not coming for free.

She finally came a few weeks ago and she told me I was responsible for hotel and her expenses in LA. She fighted with me that this is the way

I was very upset but I said ok. She didn’t know anything about Feng Shui Everything she was saying was nonsense amature and all she did was take pictures. (I could of taken pictures and sent her the same). I would never agree to pay her rate and travel for amateurs work. When I questioned her learning she got extremely angry and said that if I didn’t want to do the work she would charge me anyway. She emailed me 1 week later the plans for my house they were ok but I felt cheated. This lady is a scam, I regret that I paid her I should of allowed her to take me to court.

This women is a complete waste of time. I cannot believe that i even got caught up with her garbage. It started that i called her because i thought she would do Feng Shui for my new home. When i found out she was in FLORIDA, i said forget it. In order to do real Feng Shui you must come personally. But she convinced me, promised if i sent her pictures and let her do my home, she would do my business also.

I sent her pictures and she tool over 1 month to get back, she told me it would take time but charged my credit card. She said she would charge 1/2 up front and then other 1/2 once complete. I figured it was ok since any problem i can call my credit company.

She provided me some CRAP chart TOTAL CRAP... My dauther can do better job looking at the computer website. She then charged me again, the amount.. I called her told her, she said she will check but never did. Then some employee called and said that this was the amount agreed. I called the credit card company to dispute but they said the charge was processed and nothing they can do. I called her screaming she told me she will do my business charts.. NO WAYYYYYYYYY I am calling Better Business Buerue on this lady. She is TERRIBLE STAY AWAY ... I wish i was in florida i would meet her personally and take my money. I am looking for one lawyer right now
