Dear Enterprise Rental Customer Service,

I acknowledge that you have contacted my insurer, Peace Hills Insurance, and were informed that the rental authorization was cut off. However, I must emphasize that the rental was initially arranged through insurance approval, and any subsequent payment disputes should be resolved directly between your company and the insurer.

As a renter under insurance authorization, I should not be held personally responsible for outstanding rental charges that arise from insurer-policy issues. No prior notification, invoice, or consent was provided to me before the charge of [$1,595.92] was applied to my credit card.

Therefore, I request that:
1. The unauthorized charge be immediately reversed;
2. Your company continue liaising with Peace Hills Insurance to settle the outstanding balance;
3. A detailed official invoice be provided for full transparency.

If this matter is not resolved within 3 business days, I will escalate the issue to Consumer Protection Alberta and initiate a credit card charge dispute.
