My rental car wouldn't start so I called enterprise and waited over an hour for someone to come. The man connected a small little charger for about 1 minute as soon as it sounded like the battery was getting charged he disconnected it and said well it's not going to work you need a tow and I told him you can't tow it yet I have to talk to them I don't know what they want me to do with this car so he left I called Enterprise back the next day I waited 2 hours for someone to come and told the car they didn't come I called back again the third day somebody finally came in the middle of the night I didn't even know they were coming to get the car the car was just gone the next morning -
So I called the next day and said what do I need to do y'all got the cartage I'll get the car yes we've got the car everything's okay I said all right so it's turned in everything's okay cuz I'm going out of town I'm going home for a couple weeks they said yes everything was good now I'm seeing a bill with a charged me through the 19th charged me for a jump that I didn't get charging me through the 19th $809 that needs to be removed immediately
