approximately 1 month ago a service man from Empire came to my house to repair my floring. He was there only to measure, ask me questions ect. The next day I received a call from Empire telling me that I had to pay $600 plus dollars to get the 3 tiles that needed adjustment. I was Livid, I am 63 years old retired government employee to payed over 5k for this flooring. I HAD ISSUES FROM THE VERY BEGINING. The guys that did the job left areas w defects. They came back... Then the dining area there was an area that had to be redone 3 times.. Fyi, this is not a matter of neglect, abuse, or harsh cleaning solutions. I live alone w a little rescue I have no company.. I have caused damaged as far as scratches from moving furniture. HOWEVER I am NOT responsible for those tiles. Please repair my flooring. This is my 3rd home ive hired you to do.. please repair my floor this has been ongoing.. I can submit photos... I will posting all this on social media if you do not address this to my satisfaction. How dare you treat a 3 times customer this way.. help me now. Thank you. Ms Elsie J
