We had a flooring installation scheduled for a Monday, but the job could not be completed because the salesman miscalculated the amount of flooring needed. The contractor ran out of material and had to stop work, leaving our main floor torn up and unusable for the week.
Instead of taking accountability, the salesman seemed to refuse to acknowledging the error. Our home remained in disarray for several days until the installation was finally completed on Saturday.
To make matters worse, after the job was finished, we were sent a forged completion receipt stating that we were satisfied with the work, even though we never signed it or authorized our signature. They literally committed forgery and signed my wife's name on the document.
I absolutely would never recommend Empire Flooring to anyone.
Recommendation: Avoid this company
We've sent several messages to you guys and were ignored. We finally got them to come out to finish the floor and then someone in your office forged our signature on the completion papers. I will email customer experience as you've suggested. Hopefully your reply is not a performative response to appear as if you care about your customers. Someone has already done that on another platform. I will email to see what your reply will be. Until then, I will continue posting videos and reviews until I get a response.
