Einstein Bros Bagels review: management & extremely poor customer service

On 11/9/2019 I went into einstein bagels & ordered a bagel with cream cheese & a coffee to go. The worker said we don't have that kind of bagel & I said to her you have a whole bin of them & I pointed to the bagels. She apologized & put my order into the computer. I handed her my credit card & she said oh you have to pay at the other end of the counter as I walked to the other end... She ran to the other end to accept my credit card. Ridiculous! I paid & waited for my bagel. A few minutes later I got my bagel & left. When I got to my car I took the bagel out for a bite. The bagel was not edible... I went back into the store a young man was behind the register & in a joking way... These were my exact words "when did einstein make this bagel... It's stale & I can't even bite into it" the woman next to him began screaming at me... Don't you talk to him that way... You were very rude... I'm the manager here & if you have something to say then say it to me... Once again I said the bagel is stale & I want my money back... She now screaming at the top of her lungs & treating me like I was from the "hood" she then ripped the bag from my hand & tore the bag open... I am so glad that she made such a scene in the establishment she was supposedly managing... All the other customers must have been totally shocked... One lady customer turned around & left... Then she wanted me to come outside?... I am assuming she wanted to beat up on a 71 year old customer.. She then said get out of my store & never come back... I asked her for my money... Still screaming, she gave it to me & I walked out... I went down black rock tpke to billy's bakery got a fresh, delicious bagel with twice the amount of cream cheese & they even cut it in half... By the way it was $1 less than what einstein charged me. Never again... Take my advice & stay away... Crazy
