    eDreams' booking reference has 10 digits, not 6 signs.
    The booking reference MFECTA is related to the exact airline and exact flights, which are not shown.
    If you have paid for the service (flight), it means the passenger agreed the conditions of the ticket, which includes the fare total.
    The full refund is possible, if you paid for the business class ticket, only.
