eDreams flight booking

Hi there,

I booked a flight with Edreams

I logged on to check my flight booking and select a seat when I saw that my booking had been cancelled. I was extremely upset and disappointed to say the least. I called up to ask why and I was told that my card had been refunded and my booking was cancelled due to the airline. Your customer representative said nothing more could be done, as the money was back in my account. I never got an email notification about this change and I would've turned up at the airport with no flight! I had to book a flight a week out costing me £380 pounds more. Thanks, Sarah Chambers

eDreams lawbreak

Dear sir / madam;

We used your online services to buy round trip airline ticket from Phoenix, USA to Sarajevo Bosnia and Herzegovina. At the top of that we called you several days ago to make sure that the wheel chair is arranged since the passenger is PWD (Person with disability) or in other words invalid person who is barely able to walk.
Everything was great until yesterday when we received promo e-mail from Turkish airlines with the same route. One detail at the promo e-mail provoked our attention. There was one sentence which was clearly highlighted that says that the transfer between Newark Int and New York John F Kennedy airports has to be organized by the passenger.

Having this in mind we contacted your your agents in USA yesterday to confirm that we will not face such issue. We explained that the passenger is PWD (which is clearly communicated earlier during the booking process) and that we already confirmed wheel chair to this person We also mentioned that when we bought the ticket there was no warning mentioned that the passenger needs to travel from airport to airport on his own which is in this specific case real problem and very unpleasant experience and we politely asked you to find a solution. However, after two conversations with your customer representatives we were not able to find solution which is acceptable for both parties. They were asking us to contact airline company, than insurance company etc, and they did not offer any solution that would be suitable for this case.

During the converstation, all you offered was call this or that, and that we need to find the solution for this travel. At the top of that your representatives said there is no alternative for the flight becasue United Airlines has no other connection. When we checked this info we found out this is not true and at there is at least one flight which is Phoenix-LA-Istanbul and then ofcourse Sarajevo. The price for this flight is the same as for the one which we booked earlier.

I also need to add that we paid eDreams a standard service rate and it stands there: changes and cancellation are free of charge as many times as fare allows it. There was not any warning that the flight is not refundable

If we are forced we will buy the transportation from airport to airport. But I want to remind you that this is your problem. You did not warn your customers about this problem. We did buy this service from you and not from airline company. We did not sign the contract with any insurance company directly but from you. At the top of that, I need to say that we did call insurance company and they were not even aware about any insurance policy agreed between eDreams and themselves.

I also want to remind you this is not in compliance with the applicable laws. Eg. DIRECTIVE OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL sais:
Regulations establish ten basic core passenger rights:
(1) non-discrimination in access to transport;
(2) assistance at no additional cost for persons with disabilities or reduced mobility;
(3) information before purchase and at the various stages of travel, notably in case of transport disruption;
(4) right to renounce travelling when the trip is not carried out as planned by the carrier;
(5) fulfilment of the transport contract in the event of transport disruption;
(6) assistance in situations of long delay at departure or at connecting points;
(7) financial compensation under certain circumstances;
(8) carrier liability towards passengers and their baggage;
(9) an effective system of complaint handling; and
(10) full application and effective enforcement of EU law.

As an example:
· We were informed that changes and cancellation are free of charge as many times as fare allows it, and only now you say that the ticket is not refundable and we cannot cancel it;
· you did not gave us clear warning about the problem with the transport from airport to airport;
· you charged us with the insurance which is not aware about any contract between your and insurance company, and at the end
· you are forcing us to find solution on our own.

We are kindly ask you to propose a solution for this problem which will be acceptable for both parties. Since there was not any warning and no additional costs or problems were mentioned when we bought the ticket we do not expect any additinoal cost. If we do not find such a solution, we will probably have to solve it on our own. However, in that case we will seek for law protection, meaning we will file a compliant with US Department of transportation and probably with the EU regulator.

I am expecting you will meet high business standards and will provide the solution which is acceptable not only for you but also for us, and which will save us additional troubles.

I make booking no. [protected] flight 2 from dubai to jeddah in 6 feb 2018 but unfortinatly the airlines told me this flight for pilgrims only and i am not allowed. Edreams did not told me befor i make the booking and when i told them my story they told you should bay penalty and cancelation fees i told them this is not my mistake but they did not accept now i want edreams to change the flight to another on or return my full payment

eDreams unanswered complaint

I have submitted a formal complaint to edreams ref [protected] [[protected]-[protected] but other than say they are investigating, they have ignored me since last October. I have posted my complaint on FB and 'Liam' in customer service replies looking for more details - which I have provided time and time again. Guess what ? Still nothing ! I dont think Liam actually exists - certainly edreams customer service do not - they re a joke

thanks Liam and it is comforting to know you do actually exist - but if Rong Li has just been assigned to my case, what has been happening to all my emails and support documentation that I have submitted to edreams since last OCTOBER ! How much longer can I expect this to take ?

eDreams edreams - flight booking

The eDreams service is of the worst I have ever experienced, and I'm talking as a frequent traveller. I booked a trip more than a week ago, never got a confirmation. I sent various requests without any reply. I called their hotline a week ago, they told me the ticket was about to get issued - and had to pay for staying 20 min on a chargeable hotline. Now, 15 hours before departure and still without a confirmation I called the hotline again, paid again for another 20 minutes of lousy service, only the get to know that my ticket can't be issued!

The eDreams service sucks big time, I will never book again eDreams, and make sure the people get to know how they treat their clients.

I made a booking through edreams' Dutch website https://nl.edreams.com and paid for it with iDeal (bank transfer). The transaction went through successfully (and was confirmed by my bank), but I never received a confirmation email from edreams. I've tried to contact the customer service twice (using the online contact form), but haven't received no reply.

eDreams flight cancellation process

Hi Dear,

I booked flights via edream in January 2017, I had car accident in Feb 2017, still I am walking with walking aid, I have cancelled my flights in July 2017.

After many forward, backward emails I haven't receive refund, as edream email, I am eligible for tax and vueling accepted to return my money via edream.

I haven't receive feedback. Everytime I am calling to edream separate person picked the phone and I am on line for 20 minutes without any response.

Please advise me,

eDreams double charged

I've booked on opodo a one way quantas ticket sydney-bali for 2 people for the 20/3, single price 350$ total cost of the reservation on the receipt (see picture) 703$, but on my bank account I've been charged 1410$! I tried to solve it through the e-dreams call center but with just the suggestion of claim online.
Sure there it's all a mistake
Hope you can give me some explanations

eDreams invoice

I have booked the flights from Prague to Moscow and back. Since these flights are supposed to be covered by our University, I have used the form in the eDreams web page to ask for the invoice (note that my credit card was charge for the fare immediately).
I asked for the invoice twice. First submission resulted in an e-mail from the company that my query will be resolved soon. Since nothing happened within two weeks, I submitted a new query but this is without response.

eDreams debit card charge without authorisation

I wish to inform you that today my bank account showed €22.95 pending for edreams. I am unaware that I have booked any flights or accommodation with you in the last few months. Would you please investigate why this has happened and kindly refund me the amount above. I would be obliged if you could look into this matter at your earliest convenience and report your findings to me as soon as possible

eDreams complete lack of customer service

They failed to adequately advise me of a change of flight time, leaving me and my wife stranded in Peru making us miss our transatlantic to Madrid and onwards then to Dublin
I had to make complete new arrangements to get home (via Atlanta USA) and incurring additional costs of $4, 580
Over 3 months of chasing ‘edreams' to accept some responsibility has yielded absolutely nothing !
They have no problem taking your money but when THEY act unprofessionally, they will have no problem in abandoning you and ignoring your pleadings for help
NEVER AGAIN edreams - nor should anyone else

eDreams scam, did not receive any confirmation after booking flight payment.

I used Edreams to book three flights yesterday( Amsterdam-Istanbul, Istanbul-Dalaman, Dalaman-Amsterdam). This is the first time I use Edreams to book flights and I thought there should be at least on email to confirm that I have done this booking to be received. They clearly state that customer will get one email immediately after booking and then a second email confirming their flight. However, after one day, I did not receive anything and I could not find a way to contact them.

eDreams scam: no refund / rebooking more expensive than the original ticket

I booked a ticket to Northern California for January 2018 to attend a training course which was postponed due to the forest fires. Calling them, they offered to rebook the ticket at a higher rate and NO refund in canceling my reservation. When asking where to complain, they said it's not them but the travel company and practically shut the phone.

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE TO ANYONE.
Other budget online reservations amend tickets. This is a total S C A M.

eDreams payment without confirmation

Dear Sirs,

At December 2 I ordered five single flights from E-dreams (Vientiane-Bangkok, Bangkok-Medan, Medan-Palembang, Palembang-Batam, and Singapore-Bangkok). Total sum 400, 06 €. I never received anything from E-dreams (or amadeus), and at December 11 I made a reclamation to VISA in my bank (Bankinter). Since I had no reference number or confirmation it was not possible for me to get in contact with E-dreams. I have still not received any repayment or explanation. To phone is impossible from where I stay now. I would appreciate an explanation for this neglect of E-dreams and a repayment as soon as possible. I have been a customer of E-dreams for many years, but this is the first time I have received nothing for my money. Two attachments could not be included.

eDreams no answer from this company

On June I booked a air ticket from Ho Chi Minh to Male, with connection in Kuala Lumpur. Around 2 months later, I got an email from edreams that airliner has changed the flight schedule and asked my confirmation. The first bad thing of this company is that they asked me to confirm by calling them. I cannot confirm by email or in the website. The second problem was I cannot confirm because the change simply disconnected the flights. I couldn't catch the second flight. So I made an international call to say to them that the flight was disconnected and for that reason I cannot confirm the changes. I asked them to give me another alternative, and they said will call me back in 48 hours. Passed more than one week, I called again, same answer. Some days more, another call for them, same answer and never called back. I called the airliner directly and after they give some options not workable due my short schedule, they suggested me to request the full refund. I accepted that and bought another air ticket by another airliner to go to Male. When I requested the full refund, the airliner SriLankan said I have to request to the travel agency that I booked the ticket. Already called two times this company edreams for a simply request of refund and they just say will check and call me back. But NEVER call. The flight is on 29 Dec and up to now I don't have any answer from this company. I already used Orbitz, Ctrip, Cheapoair and never had any problem. But this company eDream have the worst customer service ever.

eDreams unable to add baggage to my booking flight

My name Baruch Hermon, I booked a flight tel-Aviv-Berlin-tel-Aviv, ref number: [protected], I don't remember that I added a baggage and wanted to do so but online telephones were worst, in a loop, unbelievable!
I wanted to E_mail to you, but there is no place which mentions this as if you don't want others to write to you.
please be kind and guide me how to solve that problem,

Since my complaint to you, I have got an answer from Edream support team by the name David.
Still, the answer was not completed and I asked him again some more questions
and it seems too slow response, so, I am starting to afraid that it may be
suspicious, no E-tickets no clear answers,

What should I do?

eDreams unethical behavior

I booked Ticket for NBI-BOM and back on 07.12.2007 and paid for it. My PNR NO : S3RPMJ and Booking Ref is [protected] and cost paid is $711.18.
I have to postpone my travel and I am requesting for cancellation of my ticket both side, but eDreams is neither giving me a proper reply nor agreing to refund. They are saying Ethiopian Airlines to refund, and if I wrote to Ethiopian Airlines, they are saying eDreams to refund it.
I don't know about my mistake and I don't want to suffer.
Requested to please find out a solution.

eDreams an additional fee

To whom this may concern

We recently made reservations for three adults air fare from San Diego to san fransico from the 13th thru the 16th of December

I didn't notice dream had charged an additional $45.80 on my atm card without my permission

We had used edream website in the the past for our traveling needs

We had never seen any additional charges in the past like the one we noticed This time

Please refund the amount back to my card
