I have paid for my Prime account twice, but was told that it is not active by a very unhelpful customer service agent. I didn't bother with pursuing the double charge since customer service with eDreams is such a nightmare. However, when I go to remove my credit card information from eDreams it tells me that I cannot while my Prime account is still active. It's funny how that works? I was sent a 45 dollar travel voucher from the Prime department for staying on as a Prime member, but of course the code does not work. So, I was promised a voucher code that was never intended to work in order to double pay for Schrodinger's Prime account - both inactive and active simultaneously. If someone could address this problem I would appreciate it.
Desired outcome: Prime account activated, or cancelled (but actually cancelled, like many I have been mysteriously double charged). Travel voucher activated, or account information and credit card information deleted.
