I made a booking through edreams' Dutch website https://nl.edreams.com and paid for it with iDeal (bank transfer). The transaction went through successfully (and was confirmed by my bank), but I never received a confirmation email from edreams. I've tried to contact the customer service twice (using the online contact form), but haven't received no reply.

My friend bought two tickets from Riga to Helsinki on 31 Jan 2023. Edreams took our money, but we didn't get any e-mail or any information on our profile. Yesterday they sent us one ticket from Riga to Sweden? We don't know what to do. Tickets cost 200euro, but we don't have them, and also we don't know who to write to, because there are no contacts... our only proof is the bank statement! eDreams is [censored] for real...

I booked a flight from Berlin to Budapest on 15 Jan and e-dream charge me 197 usd. then they send me an e mail and gave me the reference kod: [protected] and text to me this: Your booking should be confirmed in a few minutes (24 hours at most)

I spend hours at airport but they didn’t confirm and I didn’t fly.

It was 2 days ago,

I am still trying to reach some one, but there is no way to talk anyone from e-dream. And them system is not working properly!

Hi,

Same happened to me. I booked the flight from Toronto to Punta Cana on Jan 31, 2023. The transaction went through successfully and was charged from my credit card, but I haven't received any book reference email.

I don't have the book reference number, so can't call the help center to solve the problem.

What should I do?

My Name is Najmun Nahar. I booked a ticket from Stockholm Arlanda airport to Dhaka Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport Bangladesh for 12th November. Yesterday I booked it. I did not received any email and confirmation number from Edreams. They took money from bank account already. This flight shows 3 transit.

Flight departure time from Arlanda is 15:05 Pagasus airlines 1282 to Istanbul, after 1 hour transit flight with same airlines to Muscat Oman. But I didn't received any confirmation about this flight. As I just received only one con firmation from air air Arabian from Muscat-abudhabi-dhaka for 13th November.

So I need the confirmation about Stockholm Arlanda to Muscat Oman as it was shows on system. My phone number while I booked

Hi , this is mario motolese , i booked a flight to go in malaga from amsterdam and back from first december till 5

the payment is done , and my money from the bank account are transfered , but i did not receive any email with reference from the booking so i can t find my electronic ticket and check the status of my flight

can you help me sending me the confermation email ?

Booked ticket no confirmation email arrived now rebooted direct with ryanair two days later than planned ,so basically just splashed money for nothing .

I didn’t get a confirmation email. But the transaction went through. I did this twice, so two times it’s from my bankaccount. Two times no confirmation email.

I also don’t have an booking reference number because I don’t get an email.

I have rescheduled flight due to flight delay with the help of one if the staff from edreams by contacting with the help of number provided in exdream app. I paid extra for rescheduling flight and she asked to pay through my card and wait until 24 hours which i did and still haven’t received any confirmation email.

the same incident happen to me as well. they took the money out of my bank and havent got any confirmation details regarding the booking. pathetic service

We have the same problem. Booked a ticket from JFK to FCO for a conference. Never received confirmation email but transfer of funds for flight accepted through PayPal. Tried to confirm and get ticket through chatbot, but it requires a ticket number. Can a live person provide support
