eDreams Not informing us of a flight time change and not changing it on the app even after I told them about it!!

I booked a return flight from Southampton to Dublin on May 6th and returning on 8th May. Booking ref [protected]. The times were 13.30 there and 15.30 back. These flights were changed on 1st March but Edreams did not bother to inform us or amend the app. I only found out when trying to find how to get a boarding pass. The return flight was changed to 3 and 3 quarter hors earlier so we missed our granddaughters football match that we had gone over to see. I told edreams that the app was wrong and this was never changed. Whilst at Dublin airport on 8th May the app still said the flight was ah 15.30. A man there said his dad was going on the 15.30 flight and had booked via edreams. I informed him there was no 15.30 flight and he was shocked and rang his dad to try to get him to rush to catch the flight! I don't know if he got there in time. How many more of your customers missed the flight due to your complete incompetence. I will never use tiur company again.

Desired outcome: I would like an apology and some compensation and your company to make sure you find out changes in flights and inform your customers!! that is not troo much to ask and make sure the app is up to date!!!

eDreams Infant charged as a passenger

In order to put infant information on your website the option is to include him as a passenger.

At initial booking it was $179 per passenger.

The total amount for 5 passengers were $895.

There was a credit for $15.24 for free trial prime membership.

Total charged to my credit card was $878.76

The infant was charged as a passenger and the airline informed me infant that go on mother’s lap do not pay.

I request a refund of $179

eDreams Refund not issued

I cancelled a flight within less than an hour of booking it due to my grandpa's funeral being brought forward. eDreams sent an email saying that request for a refund has been put through on Feb 11th which was also the day of the booking. Since then I have had no updates from them. On May 21st I reached out to a customer service representative to ask for help and he said that the refund has still not been processed and that he had escalated the case and that someone will follow up with me within 48-72 hours. That did not happen. On May 26th I reached out to customer services again and this time an agent said that my refund had been processed on Feb 11th which is false and I could not see it within my banking. In fact there was another £39ish charge that was processed on February 14th but was stamped with Feb 11th date. I said I wanted this resolved and the agent said once again that someone will be in touch with me within 48-72 hours. I found that unacceptable given that no one followed up with me the last time and it had already been 4 months and 15 days. He gave me the phone number to customer service who was also not helpful and insisted on the same timeline. It is also important to note that I received an email from Ryanair after I booked my flight through eDreams to say Your booking appears to have been made via a third party intermediary or BOT which are not authorized by Ryanair to use the Ryanair website or app or to offer our flights for sale. (I removed my booking number from this message for privacy reasons). This proves that eDreams had no rights to sell the Ryanair flight in the first place.

Desired outcome: Full refund issued for the purchase along the refund for the other one off charge and removal of flights from their website which they are not authorised to sell tickets for

eDreams passeger information

I booked a trip. after review the last name on my resevation is incorrect by one letter. The airlines tell me eDream needs to make the changes. i have contacted eDream and they told me no problem easy fix. I received an email telling me the the airline As for the Iberia changes id not allowed. I called Ibera and they told me that for one letter error they need to contact them and the problem can be resolved. If it were 3 or more letters they will not. They are also telling me that i need to contact the other airline. For this type of request, you should contact (Ryanair), as any modification or cancellation must be requested to, and be processed directly by them.

eDreams Flight refune

Hi, I cancelled my edreams flights in March and I am still waiting for confirmation on getting a refund or voucher. The flights will take off on the 7th of June. Aer France told me that they can do nothing without talking to you first. Please can I have an update on this.

i have been trying to contact you re a change in my return flight from madrid with iberia they have changed my return journey and i want to cancel this flight but i can only do it with you but you a still have the same flight on your system and no matter how many time i email you still tell me to manage it online not possable please can someone pick up a phone and ring me number is [protected]

eDreams Complaint

Today, May 25, 2022, I purchased an airline ticket on edreams, llc. They pop up on search engines when looking for an inexpensive airline tickets. My money went through. I received an email alert my ticket purchase did not go through. I contacted their customer service number provided on their website: [protected]. An American number that connects you over to an alleged, customer service person located in India!

I spoke to a woman who claims her name is Gouri. Gouri told me my money won't be returned to me for 7 to 10 business days not counting weekends. She allegedly put in an expedited request on my behalf for a return within 3-5 business days not counting weekends.

I then went online and found this complaint website. Unbelievable. Many consumers have never gotten their money back. Today, scammers from renown countries such as India, use American/European website designers/managers to make their businesses appear legitimate. They're designed to take your credit/debit card information. While making it appear you're purchasing an airline ticket.

I have discovered - edreams, llc has no contract with any airline to sell airline tickets! IT'S A SCAM OPERATION!

Go to your bank like I did. Tell them they made an "Unauthorized" fraud purchase. Every bank has FDIC insurance that protects and reimburses you up to $100,000 for unauthorized purchases/fraud transactions.

Do business with legitimate Travel Agencies directly. Especially with ones you are familiar with or directly from the airline's website directly.

I have filed a complaint with the BBB.

IGNORE THEIR WEBSITE WHEN YOU SEE THEM ON SEARCH ENGINES!

eDreams Did not send booking confirmation or booking reference and still took payment

After using edreams to book flights I was not sent a booking confirmation within 24 hours as promised. The payment was taken. After trying to contact the company using the helpline and website request form, I could not get through without a booking reference, which I was not sent. Still trying to contact the company with no progress. From research it looks like a common poor customer service from this company.

Desired outcome: Booking completion confirmation and booking reference provided. Or full refund.

eDreams I was charge but never received confirmation email - Need a refund

I booked return flight Amsterdam to Istanbul on Apr 22nd and was charged the same day but I never got a confirmation email.

The date of the trip (attached screenshot):

Depart: May 29th (AMS to SAW) - 12:40 - Flight PC1252

Return: June 9th (SAW to AMS) - 8:40 - Flight PC1251

The charge to the credit card is COP 1.456.520,98 or aprox 370 USD. (attached screenshot of charge)

I have been trying to get an answer through the chat and even tried to call but have not got a reply so far. I would like to get a refund

eDreams Accidental payment charge

we recently tried to book a flight from vienna to sydney. Unfortunately the process failed during payment. We attempted this twice. Later we noticed that cost of the first flight was refunded but payment for the second flight still went through. Because the process failed we have no booking number or confirmation email.

After contacting the carrier (virgin airlines) we were told that the agent (edreams) will need to contact them for a waiver code, after this virgin will have the authority to refund the cost.

All relevant flight reference numbers are below, as well as the contact email and phone number for virgin.

eDreams Refusal of refund for my canceled flight

Hi,

I'm contacting you regarding my booked flight from Dresden to Halifax for the 26. of May ( Booking code NXRKBU, reference [protected] ).

I did cancel my booking because I still did not get the ETA ( Electronic travel authorization ) from IRCC.

Without that ETA I can not travel to Canada.

I tried to contact you, but your entire customer service is terrible. There is no way to talk to an agent of your agency.

So, yesterday I called the airline Lufthansa and asked about the refund if I cancel my flight.

They said there will be a refund but I can not do that with Lufthansa direct because I booked that flight with the travel agency “e-Dreams”. Therefore I do have to do that with you.

So, I did cancel my flight today.

Now I received an e-mail from you, my ticked would be non-refundable.

But regarding to the information of Lufthansa and the refund policy, all Lufthansa flight bookings can be canceled and refunded up to 24 hours before the beginning of the journey.

Also there is no hint in the booking details that the flight is non-refundable.

Regarding to customer rating, e-Dreams got only 1.06 stars from 886 reviews.

Customers are generally dissatisfied with your service.

Most issues are credit card and refund problems.

That shows I'm not the only one who has a problem with you.

It means you just don't wanna refund my payment and are unwilling to settle the refund with Lufthansa.

That would be illegal and a criminal act and fraud.

In order to preclude further legal steps, I hereby ask you to refund my payment immediately.

eDreams Impossibility of rebooking via your online system

You have confirmed my flight reservation Budapest to Berlin Nr. [protected].

Wizzair changed the departure time from morning to afternoon on 8th June.

This is not acceptable because my meeting begins 14:00 in center of Berlin.

I tried to change the date to 7th June but your system did not accept the input.

I called your customer service by phone but I could not reach a person to help.

Please help me to rebook my flight with a departure on 7th June, with the return unchanged.

I hope there is a human way if the automatic one fails.

eDreams Failure to properly disclose on baggage fees and overcharging customers

I recently purchased airline tickets for myself and 2 additional family members through this service. I have pictures of the online ordering screens on their website which do NOT disclose that the airline I chose includes 1 complimentary check-in bag per ticket. In fact, I was mislead to purchase bags for each passenger because the site showed "0" bags with a solicitation to purchase bags. I only discovered the issue after I had completed the booking and returned to their website as it shows a total of 6 bags per leg of flight. I have tried calling their "VIP" support line multiple times. I have filled out a complaint form online and its been 12 days without a response. What we have here is a complete failure of proper disclosure by this business. Then, they make it virtually impossible to reach someone with authority to refund the excessive baggage fees. I have provided the company with screenshots clearly showing the lack of proper disclosure but their call center (I believe in India) can't do anything because of their policy to never refund baggage fees. This seems like an intentional scam designed to steal money from customers.

eDreams Payment error

There was an error while paying for the booking i made.

My booking was to fly from Milano (MPX) to Nur Sultan (NQS) and back.

Overall ticket was 999 with the prime membership, fare insurance and normal insurance.

I even added a bonus code to get a 10€ discount, the code was APP10.

Result is there is no ticket available but the money got taken from my bank anyways.

The ~100€ taken from eDreams reappeared quickly in my bank account after being taken but the remaining 875€ taken from the airline no.

I want a refund already.

Desired outcome: Give me a refund or my booking.

eDreams Refund under booking # [protected] (name :DALAL LIAD)

Dear All

please check the mentioned booking # [protected] from Ben gurion ( ISRAEL) to Milan (ITALY),

since we received confirmation for this booking # but once we arrived to the ari port and to the check in counter we were told that his name DALAL does not appear on their flight manifest and that we can not complete the check in , so the only option they gave us was to pay again for the ticket on the same time ( on the spot) in order to board on this flight,

so we actually paid twice,

please check at your system - since we apply now for a refund from your company ,

eDreams Buchung nicht bestätigt, Betrag für Tickets abgebucht

Flug am 23.05. über Internet von Paris Charles de Gaulle nach München Franz Josef Strauss gebucht.

Keine email mit Buchungsbestätigung erhalten, Betrag für die 2 Tickets jedoch abgebucht.

Kundendienst nicht erreichbar über Telefon, Chatpartner gibt an Problem nicht zu verstehen.

Auf Nachfragen bei Air France wurde bestätigt dass keine Buchung erfolgt ist.

eDreams No invoice sent after 10 day of payment and several submitted requests for it on their website

After I booked and payed invoice from Belgrade to Vienna, and immediately asked for invoice(announced is up to 3 days waiting for it) noting happened after couple days. So I asked and asked almost everyday for invoice, by myself and chat room, and again nothing happened...

Is this really happing in 2022? No email for complains, no normal contact service?

eDreams ticket refund

on nov 2021 i book a ticket from doha to manila via sharjah and dhaka. airline was cancelled the booking at the time of boarding. from the day 1 we are followup with edreams to refund the amount. and they given maximum time period of 6 months to complete the refund.

now it's more than 6 months still the ticket amount not return back.

eDreams Flight tickets refund

Last year, bought 3 plane tickets via edreams, a few days after Swiss cancelled their Prague to Geneva flight did request a refund. After spending time and efforts + high phone bills, a year after there is still no refund from edreams who shared that they are waiting for Swiss to reimburse the ticket. Secondly, edreams shared that they will not reimburse cost of check in luggage's. Called again last night and you get the walk around from their Indian call center. Do yourself a favor, stay away from edreams. NEVER NEVER AGAIN.

Desired outcome: Reimbursement of full fare SWISS tickets.

Bought 3 tickets from PRG to GVA via SWISS and 24 hours after the purchase via edreams, flight were cancelled still no refunds after more than 12 months since SWISS canceled their flights, eDreams also shared that they will not reimburse the luggage fees and booking fees without reasons. eDreams are criminals making a leaving with the money stolen from their customers. Could Interpol or the FBI stopped them once for all. Too many calls, emails without answers = not acceptable. This is not an unique case.

eDreams are criminals. Could credit cards like VISA or AMEX & others block those eDream thieves from any transactions for ever. Bad image for SWISS and Lufthansa group as well as cooperating with eDreams tarnish their images as well, when calling eDreams call centers in India they blame the airline for the lack of refund. I personally worked for SWISS and they are not part of a CRIMINAL organization like eDreams.

eDreams No confirmation email, no tickets

Hello, last night - 09.05.2022 I bought 5 round-trip tickets Sofia-Milan through your platform. Leaving fo Milan on 6.06.2022 and back to Sofia on 10.06.2022. Although the payment has passed, I still haven't received the any email with confirmation or thickets. I have a sreenshot of my reference number, but I can't chesk anything with this number.
