I have been going to East Side Mario once a month with my family, sometimes more since we got one in North Bay, Ontario, over 25 years. We went today and I was shocked to see the Steak was no longer on the menu. My brother and I always shared it and paid extra for unlimited salad and bread. It took us forever to find something else as we're not big pasta eaters.

As well as the great fries are terrible now as you changed to shoestring ones.

With these changes you have lost a loyal customer unfortunately.

We went today and I was shocked that so many menu items had changed. Besides taking the steak and replacing fries with shoestring, you now have a garden salad with plain tomato cut up rather then the cherry tomatoes.

I'm not sure why so many changes when people go there for the foods they love and expect. I spoke to the manager today and he even said another lady comes in every Friday for steak...guess that won't happen now. As well you thought of taking away the salmon. I feel you need to keep a few things that are not pasta, keep a variety to please all family members.

I truly hope you change these things back. For now we need to find another family restaurant which is too bad!
