I was in there in last night from 5:30 to about 7 for dinner and I have never seen such a scene. The manager was yelling a young lady about how the food was being prepared and this young woman was only calling out orders so that we could come get our food, The manager started yelling at this young lady about a missing plate that a heavy set guy came up and thrown this plate away and the young lady was like i dont know what happened to it I was calling people up to get there food. Then the manager took over the station from the girl and told her to find something else to do. The girl stood there until she found something else to do and the manager was yelling at her the whole time, then another young girl I guess was going on break and order her some food well appartnetly she got a discount on the food and the manager told her in front of customers that is she couldnt afford the food then she shouldnt eat FUZZY'S food. and that there is food in the trash that she can have! I dont believe this woman should be running this store at all she is not manager material at all, she needs to learn that you DO NOT yell at your employees in front of customers Then while sitting there trying to enjoy my food I overheard other employees talking about a gun that was pulled the night before in the bar area, that is concerning and the big guy was talking about the girl that was getting yelled out bad right there so everyone could hear them, This place needs a overhaul from management all the way down the row. someone should do a secret shop there and see what is really going on at that store BAD BAD MANAGER not professional at all. I didnt get to enjoy my 25 dollar meal at all because the manager was very rude to her employees and everyone in the store knew it.
Desired outcome: someone needs to go in and so a secret visit that they dont know that you are coming when the manager and the big cook are there.
Manager at the Castle Rock location
I have spent a great deal of time at Fuzzy's in Castle Rock. The staff even provided me with their telephone numbers. On a couple of occasions a few of the regular patrons would be getting together outside of Fuzzy's and I was asked to text a couple of the employees to join. One response was "I would love to, but have something to do". A few weeks ago, one of the bartenders was extremely rude, which my supervisor and another regular noticed. She supposedly complained about me that I was contacting the employees extremely late, which is untrue, because where the regulars were, the location closes at 10pm. Your head manager came to the bar and sat next to me and stated that he received complaints and that he can't control who the staff gives their number too or what they do after work. However, he became too involved and asked me to stop. I did stop contacting and deleted the contact information. a few weeks later, I went in and was talking to a regular, when the same female bartender became rude once again and slammed my card and receipt on the bar as I was paying. The next day another bartender immediately went to get the get the same manager. He accused me of bad-mouthing the establishment. However, this is not true, as I like the establishment, I just do not like getting treated poorly, especially as much money as I spend there. The manager is not great with communication, as i tried to explain the situation. Instead, he said "you can leave on your own or I can physically remove you". The patrons called me and were not surprised of the way he treated me. They mentioned that he has done this before. Also, very sad that this Manager allowed your bartender to serve a local regular who was an extreme alcoholic with very severe jaundice. A couple of the other bartender had mentioned that they felt bad that they had to serve him, especially in his condition. Sad to say, the local regular passed away from this issue/illness. Poor Management. In conclusion, this manager informed me that I am no longer welcome there. I have witness' including my boss that I was not rude, or stated anything negative. I was told that I was just targeted by this Manager and bartender.
Desired outcome: My friends go to this establishment. I would like an apology and be permitted to return to the establishment without and retaliation from any of the staff members.

Went to the Fuzzys in Grapevine on 07/22/2022 at 3pm. The cashier stared at me and said she had already clocked out. She then decided to clock back in and take my order of shredded chicken nachos and 2 Ziegenbocks. 20 min later I went to ck on my order, and the cook said he was left all by himself to man the whole restaurant until 4. Almost 30 min later I got my nachos and my beer was hot by then. We always sit in patio. Horrible experience
Desired outcome: Gift card for total, so we can go enjoy what we paid for

6/9/2022 i Come in it wasn’t even busy I usually love coming here never had a problem till today I notice they have the IBuyAbilene local thing so I scan it I go ahead and place my order the cashier was very rushed I could tell she was in a mood so I tried to keep it simple easy for her she then tells me oh you can’t use that today because it’s gonna take forever to download in my head I’m like there is nobody in here i tried to hurry and sign into the wifi to make it faster for her but she was treating me like I didn’t know what I was doing so it honestly didn’t even take that long to load was just rude I walked away and I was like what an [censored] sheesh so then the I assume manager starts yelling at me because he heard me and instead of asking what happened procedes to try to kick me out I was just like wow it’s your employee who is being a jerk and acting like she doesn’t even want to be here rushing me and then started telling all his employees what’s going on I’m like wow I’m trying to tell him what happened and he’s attacking me are you kidding me I have never seen either cashier or manager before but if my employees treated my customers from the start like that and acted with an attitude not being patient with a customer I would have sent them home being a store manager myself it was horrifying to not even be discrete on his approach to me or hear me out like wow never again will I go there no man should talk to a woman like that if the cashier didn’t want to be at work she should have stayed home or don’t work in food industry. For him to literally yell at me not once did I even raise my voice to him that’s disgusting I’ll own up to walking away and under my breath say wow what an [censored] but it was cuz she was a total jerk from the start the trans was not even 3 min transaction. And I have never ever complained on anyone in my life I work retail I know what it’s like but I have to say this was my first time actually reaching out because he out fear Im me.
Desired outcome: If that’s how he talks to women he needs to go never have I ever had an experience like that in my life.
service snotty and racist
Racist against African Americans and white people! Stuck up employees just called past a white girl and black man waiting in line only to take Mexican's order instead. The general manager Tomas was a jerk to her and made a comment that she should worry about her safety more...for what? Being with a black man! We just left. No place for racism. As we left saw the cook spit in someone's food and laugh about it. Disgusting place.
I made an order on the fuzzys app for the berry street location in Fort Worth but I was declined for wrong zip code and they still took money from my acc but I went in to the location and they said it didn’t go through so I paid in person and I haven’t got my money back yet it still says pending I just want my 28$ back
