Came here tonight with my mom for dinner. After being told to wait to be seated the manager completed ignored the fact that we had been waiting before other customers that were walking in to the restaurant and were being seated. I thought maybe the manager forgot about us so when I reminded her that we were waiting before others being taken care of she replied with a bad attitude and stated "you dont have to worry about them just tell me how many people are in your party?" I found the way she replied to be extremely unprofessional considering she is the manager so I told her to please keep her attitude to herself. She then when on to reply by saying "excuse me? oh I'm not! trust me! I'm not giving you attitude, trust me, ok!" All while in front of other customers! I cannot believe the way she replied and the tone she used. I will never be coming back here again and will ensure my friends and family are aware of the manager at this location as well. I am sad that I could not get her name but she was working tonight at 630pm on dec 13th 2019, heartland location in mississauga.
When asked for her name by another employee the employee quickly muffled it under her breathe and walked away and so I could not catch her name. I have never felt so embarrassed before and am sad because this used to be a regular restaurant I would visit and will no longer be visiting!
Have been contaced by guest experience from the company as they were contacted by me as well and they are very nice and helpful. No longer would like to complain about the company.
