I was there January 4th, and it was a horrible experience. We were NEVER asked if we wanted seconds on the AYCE menu items we chose. No bread either... Total disappointment. Dealt with the manager at the Milton location who said he would mail us out a gift certificate to encourage us to come back again. But here it is, a month later, and no gift certificate received. Any emails I send go unanswered. Totally disappointed with this place.
Recommendation: Don't waste your money, go somewhere where there is better service.

If you are an adult, you can always OPEN YOUR MOUTH and ask for seconds, thirds or est for the AYCE. You can ask for bread as well. I am glad that you did not get your gift certificitate. They do not need to give you freebies. If you cannot afford to eat there then visit a soup kitchen or cook at home.
Youn are an adult right? If so you can always OPEN YOUR MOUTH and ASK for more food if you want seconds. You can always ASK for bread. Then you expect a gift certificate because you were too shy to ask for more food. Maybe they caught on to what you are doing and decided to not give you the gift card. If you cannot afford to eat out visit a soup kitchen or COOK AT HOME.
