Hii , my husband I and went to east side Mario’s for my birthday dinner on June 19th . I understand that it was Father’s Day and it was busy , but the service we received was horrible .
We were seated at a two person table on one side of the bar , and after about 15 mins we could hear the manager complaining that they needed a spot for 12 people and that we had to move. When she approached us she didn’t even ask if it was be ok to move us , she just said “ we are moving you “ and didn’t help us carry anything over to our new table . After that our server pretty much forgot about us . The salad and soup took forever to come out , and it had been over an hour before the manager approached us again . I ordered a gluten free pasta due to allergy restrictions . The manager came up and told us the pasta was coming out soggy and therefore they were no longer offering it, and told me I could get a pizza instead. I was not even given the option.
The first pizza that they brought out was under cooked and raw In the centre like dough . I ended up sending it back and they made another one very quickly . We had the same problem when the second one came , although it was cooked a little more.
When we went to pay we tried to us the first responder discount , and they told us they don’t do that . I love east side Mario’s and go often and I have gotten that discount every single time .
The server and manager were very rude and unapologetic for the service we received.
We were not even offered any time of Compensation or even a free desert for what had happened .
