East Side Mario's review: service and attitudes were terrible

My family of 5 went to celebrate my daughters 13th birthday at Eastside Mario's. The Hostess was not polite, didnt acknowledge us when we spoke to her. We waited a good 15 minutes before our server came to ask if we wanted drinks. Ordered an appetizer and we waited to get utensils and plates for 5 minutes after our app was dropped off. We caught the hostess and asked her to get them for us, when she brought them she slammed down a stacks of plates and a handful of utensils ontop of the plates and walked away with a nod! Our Food took an hour and 20 minutes to get to our table, and only 4 entrees came out! My 10 year old had to sit for at least 10 minutes while my other 2 children ate. I had to grab out waitress to see if his little childrens size pizza was ready, while my children were nearly fished their food. My husband and I waited for his food to come, and by that time it was practically cold. We spent about $150 tuesday night and I'm not sure it was worth it by the service alone.
